Our apartments are nicely decorated with first quality materials. They are all functional, convenient and easy to clean.

All our apartments include: furniture, electro domestic goods (including microwave, TV , Wi-Fi and direct phone line.

They have a fully equipped kitchen with fresh clean linen, including sheets, towels, dishcloths, napkins and table cloths. They also have heating and air-conditioning or fans.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for the total cost of Euro 10 per person.

Check in point Via della Vigna Nuova 9 from Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm. For arrival out of office hours or during the weekend please contact us before you arriva day. Late check in fee (later than 5pm) is Euro 30,00. Mandatory fees to be paid at the arrival: Energy surcharge Euro 5 per person per day, Hotel resort fee Euro 10 per person per day, Final cleaning Euro 50.
