Customer reviewRoom was great, right next to Santa Maria Novella train station, free wifi and tv, bed super comfortable, clean, only problem was that the shower was right in the bathroom so water got everywhere when taking a shower, but overall great place to stay! |

Janice LimGreat location near the train terminal with everything within walking distance. We got "upgraded" to a "penthouse" with loads and privacy, air conditioning and Sky Sattelite TV. There staff there even helped us lug our super heavy luggage to the room. They even have tie ups for cover charge discounts with eateries within the vicinity, though we didn't get to try them. |

Customer reviewit's a very nice hotel and is being refurbished. The owner Marco and the older lady are very nice. But Marco you should seriously re-educate the girl with glass and long hair. She can seriously influence the overall impression of the hostel cos she is extremely unfriendly and uncooperative and doesn't have a sense of serving people. But it's a really good hostel with excellent location, 2 minutes from the Station which means you can take any train from any time and will comfortably arrive at ur bed after a long trip. For a very cheap price, you got LCD TV, Huge bed, and free internet and laundry!!!!! and they even make ur bed in the morning!!!! |

Customer reviewExcellent location & value. Great views from 5th floor over rooftops towards Duomo, from balconies in 3 of the 4 rooms in this hostel. Only 4 rooms use the shared bathroom so no problems with access. Very quiet even though close to railway station, so good night's sleep. Good value restaurants nearby. |
