Jessica RobertsI had a great view from the roof top. It was pretty awesome. The only problem was that i didn't have heat. Overall, it was a great place for the money. |

Customer reviewThe staff at this hostel were friendly enough to provide a map and tell us what to see. The location of the hostel was perffect, close enough to the train station and provided an actual view. The simple bathroom provided was very convinient and is accomadating to any young person who is traveling on a budget. |

Customer reviewwell its not really a hostel its more like a hotel. The guy at the front deskwas really nice and helpful with all the sights. he also took our bags really early before we could actually check in so we could do some sightseeing. |

Customer reviewEasy to get to and good base for exploring Florence, we were only there one night though. WC faclilites were not amazing and while it has free internet the people i sent emails to received a blank message. They gave out a really helpful map of Florence and circled main tourist attractions. |
