Liked: The hostel was about a 25 minute walk from the center of the city but it was close to the Train Station which was nice. Rooms were spacious and clean; free internet, no breakfast.

Liked: Friendly staff (although got shouted at for uploading photos to a usb stick on their computer) Good air conditioning int the room, kettle in room greatly appriciated.

Liked: Large and clean rooms, with very big bathrooms. Friendly staff on hand to help, quiet and air conditioned rooms. Free internet access was also very useful, highly recommended!

Liked: The woman in charge of this hostel was so nice! The rooms were very clean, with tea, coffee and other treats! It was a little way from the center of town but not too far to walk. It was quiet and very enjoyable - and free internet!! :)

Liked: The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and good size, but a bit noisy outside. We enjoyed the local resturants, markets and merchants and found them to be friendly and warm. The location isn't bad, just a bit out of town if you do it all on foot. I would recommend this hostel. We were 3 women traveling together and felt safe walking at all times of the day and night. You can't beat the price and it feels more like a hotel rather then a hostel.

Liked: Rooms are extremely clean, beds are very comfortable and the room is equipped with a kettle (something found very rarely in Italy). The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is only a few steps from a wonderful little restaurant with great food at low prices. The only problem is the traffic outside which is incredibly loud.

Liked: This did not feel like a hostel and was better than many hotels I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly helpful providing maps and information. There was tea and coffee in the room and on one occasion the staff left us pastries for breakfast when we were booked on a room only basis. Free use of the internet was the icing on the cake.

Liked: This was the cleanest, nicest hostel I have ever been in. It really felt more like a hotel (it was in fact nicer than the hotel I stayed at later in my trip.) The room was big as was the bathroom. The staff gave us helpful advice with regards to getting around Florence. It was a little further away, but it was easily walkable.
