Liked: Most that we liked about it was the operators' friendlines and eagerness to help and accommodate. We were amazed by the cleanliness of the place.

Liked: The staff was so nice and the rooms were quality. The location was close to the train station and a short walk from the center. They even had a security guard walking around at night.

Liked: Close to train station and city center. Very friendly couple who owns the place. Free internet access for guests! Tee and coffee making facilities. Very clean. You get key for house door as well and it is basically sharing a flat with others which makes the stay very personal.

Liked: A fantastic hostel, better than most hotels I have stayed at. Air conditioning, telly & tea making facilities, free internet. Tastefully decorated and furnished room that was spotlessly clean (cleaned, tea & coffee replaced, beds made daily). Staff friendly and helpful. It was walkable to the centre but was really easy to get the 23 bus, (every 10 mins from round the corner from the hostel). I will stay here again if I go back to Florence and strongly recommend it.

Liked: Free internet, air conditioning, the staff were very helpful and friendly, DID NOT LIKE: cigarette smoke smell in the room and corridor. Also, the hostel was very difficult to identify from the outside.
