Liked: The property is well maintained. Great location,you can easily walk to see all attractions in the city from this place. The staff was extremely helpful.Rooms were cleaned everyday.We had free tea/coffee & biscuits/cake in our room.We had a great stay.Loved the place.

Disliked: There was nothing that I disliked.

Liked: it was very clean and staffs were friendly. they know english. but location is a bit far away centre. but near cental station.

Disliked: dorm part was a bit cold. and no common kitchen

Liked: Its almost a hotel, very nice, clean, good service, breakfast facilities, good staff. The value for money is high.

Disliked: i didnt have any problem, it could be a little bit closer to the heart of florence but isnt a big deal.

Liked: Room was very nice and clean, breakfast was already in the room and just the perfect amount. Very easy to get to from the train station and also very close to the center of Florence. We didn't need to use public transportation at all during our stay in Florence, we walked everywhere because of the great location

Disliked: We couldn't open our window because it lead out onto what seemed like a private patio used for cleaning and things. Other than that nothing

Liked: The staff is friendly and willing to help,he even recommend me to a cheap and delicious restaurant near Soggiorno Madrid.The room is so tidy and the whole property is well managed.The location is fine for me,i do not think it is very far away from the city.

Disliked: Cannot really think of it.

Liked: the staff are helpful and it is a nice place to stay. i love the self-service breakfast and kettle in the rooom

Disliked: a bit noisy at night because the traffic road is next to the house

Liked: Friendly staff, room and bathroom very clean, not very noisy.

Disliked: the only bad thing, i would say its the location, takes around 15/20 min walking to the train station and to the oppiste direction to the city centre.

Liked: Everything. The room was very cozy and clean. Breakfast was already in the room (quite consistent, mainly sweets and coffee/tea). It is located at 10 min walk from the railway station and about 25 min walking from the centre.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I was extremely impressed with the staff and their willingness to make suggestions and map out quick routes for us. They were in touch with an email before arrival and, upon leaving, conveniently emailed an invoice. The location was a 10 minute walk from the train station. The towels, tea, coffee, and breakfast were replenished daily and the room was clean.

Disliked: The wireless internet was a bit in and out -- but free!

Liked: It was located not too far from the city centre, about 10 to 15 mins walking distance.The room was very cozy and comfortable, it makes u feel like home. The breakfast was pre-prepared in the room with kettle. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Not being exaggerate but I liked everything here. The staff were extremely friendly and offered a lot of assistances and recommendation for us.The room was big, very clean and more importantly fully equipped with hair dryer, hot water kettle etc. which I didn't expect from a hostel of this price in a city. Located in a nice neighborhood, easy access to public transportation, Florence is a rather small city so it doesn't take long to travel around.

Liked: The location was close to the train station, the room was absolutely clean, plenty of space and warm, the toilet was extremely clean, loved it! the staff was so friendly and helpful,very kind people, the hotel was clean, very organised and cosy, the breakfast is already in your room, so you don't have to rush waking up early to catch the breakfast schedule, that's fantastic!!

Disliked: the room had a slight smell of cigarette

Liked: This place is like a Hotel! You have a refreshment bar, including cakes, biscuits, coffee and tea, which is restocked everyday! The rooms are roomie and comfortable and definitely good for couples on a budget :))

Liked: I liked absolutely everything about my 4 night stay at Soggiourno Madrid!!The location is excellent,a 5-10 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novello train station in Florence,very easy to find more or less down a straight road. The rooms and establishment in general are very clean and modern with everything you need,with a breakfast consisting of croissants/coffee/juice etc brought into your room every morning at whatever time you request. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom and shower it was spotless, the cleanliness was impressive as was the large bottle of mineral water left in our room daily on our return. The two members of staff Francesco and Rogiero were very helpful and excellent hosts,willing to provide any help and imformation it was a pleasure to have met them.....excellent value for money!!!!

Disliked: Not a thing.....only that Rogiero and Francesco did not adopt me and let me live there permanently!!

Liked: The rooms were very comfortable and thought was put into guests' needs..like a hotel, not a hostel. I especially liked the tea and coffee facilities available in each room. The staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile for us. The free internet facility was very wecome.

Disliked: The breakfast was packaged and presented in your room.I prefer the chance to meet others and to have a choice of some fresh food.

Liked: Everything was Great. Location, huge rooms, huge bathrooms, massive breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. ;)

Disliked: Very little. Traffic slightly noisy, but it cant be helped (unless perhaps by replacing windows with double glased)

Liked: Clean, Safety. good price, good service! have free wifi and public computer and the staff recommend us to a restaurant near them which is really in good price with nice Italian food. My husband and I love it so much!!!

Disliked: the location is a bit far from the train station. but you can take bus no. 22 rather.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and amazing pizzeria that the gentleman at reception suggested visiting.

Disliked: The road noise at night can be fairly loud.
