Liked: It was very clean and comfortable,the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with public transport,nearest laundry and places to eat. The only suggestion i would like to make is that they put a bigger sign up as we walked past it.

Liked: This was practically a Hotel. I would compare it to a 4 star hotel that i am staying at in Barcelona. This place was clean and beautiful. If you want a relaxing place to stay this is deffinatly it, It is good for all ages.

Liked: This hostel is like a hotel less rooms, and an extremely friendly staff. Unlike other hostels which advertises internet service, they ACTUALLY PROVIDE it for free :). On our first day we were greeted heartily by the lady of house. Led to our room, we were immediately impressed. it comes fully equipped with a TV and 1 bedside table for each bed. It was almost newly renovated. The bathroom is what you would expect from a hotel, in all honesty.The staff would provide us with all the information we need to get around florence. The only thing about it is that this hostel is a bit off the tourist map. It's situated in a residential area (pros for those wishing for a bit of time off the beaten track), and a 5 minute bus journey takes you to the center of florence (Santa Maria Novella Stazione). save for that, everything else was perfect.

Liked: The staff was Very helpful when we arrived, and even helped us when we wanted to call and make reservations to a museum. Our room was very nice and clean. We even had our own bathroom which was a bonus! As two women traveling to Florence, we felt very safe in this hostel!!
