Room wasn't as clean as we would have liked.... but the fan on the roof in the room was definately a bonus(even if it was dusty). Our room was located at the end of the hall and we had our privacy which was a great thing! Great location (near restaurants and some good bars)

We were too many rooms chearing the bathroom in the hall. It was extremely hot and because of an intense moscito attac we had to keep the windows closed.

It had a great location close to the train station yet in a quiet area, within walking distance of the historical sites.
There was a long flight of stairs to climb up to get to it on the 2nd floor.
They did not exchange our towels, and said it was 10 euros to exchange them.
Breakfast would have cost 5 euros per person.
The only negative part of the experience was that they left our floor level window open to a courtyard when they made the bed, so our posessions were not secure.

Fuss-free, really close to the train station and within walking distance from everything else. 1 bathroom and toilet (together) had to be shared by 3 private rooms though, so there was quite a queue for the shower at nights.

It was clean. But that was the only good thing, there was no atmospere whatsoever, I never saw any of the other guests, apart from hearing them through the paper thin walls of my room. I could hear them spitting in the sink, and hear conversations word for word. It was also very noisy on the street outside at times. I got a terrible nights sleep,the bed felt like sleeping on a table. Internet access was one very old slow computer.

Very near the train station. The room is spacious, clean and it has character though no tv. The bathroom is clean eventhough it is a shared one and towel is also provided. Internet is free as well. If you have heavy luggage, please request for lower room as there is no elevator in the hotel and it is divided into 3 floor.

This is a great place to stay.Really nice people running the place who give great advice and help with bookings. The accommodation is nice and clean, and the location is fantastic too. Definately reccommend staying here!!!!!

The staff is very firendly, the showers very clean (altought water pression is not constant) and good breakfeast. The location is great, near the Santa Maria Novella Bus and Rail station.

Very nice hostel, helpful staff, good breakfast. Althoug bathroom was shared, it was always clean. Excelent location, close to commercial center and yet quiet. With a great typical tratoria on the ground floor. Definetly recommend it!
