The place couldn't be better located, at 5 minutes walk from the train station, and very close to all the monuments and museums. I felt like I was invited to a friend's place, really !! I would definitely recommend that hotel to everybody I know ! |

Karen BrightVery pleasant and clean. Free internet, nice little area for breakfast. The couple that run this hostel are very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic! Easy to walk to everything worth seeing. Close by are great little Osterias for supper and lots of shopping too! Just be aware that there one flight of stairs to get to the Pensione and that the rooms are one or two flights more up from there. |

Customer reviewStaff was definitely very friendly and helpful. They spoke good English! The hostel is just a stone throw away from the central station and a very short walk from most attractions which is perfect! So the description is quite accurate. The internet point was a very, very slow computer. IE crashed right away, but fortunately Mozilla Firefox was installed, which worked much better. Breakfast was good. Two types of cereal, croissants and buns, different juices, hot and cold milk, hot water, hot coffee, a choice of tea bags on the table. Everything was refilled quickly. Coffee wasn't fresh though and both choices of juice tasted awful. For the price it was ok though. The room and shared bathroom were clean, but generally the furniture and equipment was quite run down. In this case I would expect more for the price. Taken together I found it a tiny little bit overpriced considering the rather simple breakfast. BUT it really depends on what you consider important. If you expect a great location and friendly people, look no further. If however you also expect a modern building with new equipment and a great continental breakfast with fresh everything, look elsewhere. |

Customer reviewThe location of this hostel could not be better, the staff is friendly and helpful, and free internet access was nice (although there were sometimes some queue to the computer). We stayed in a room both with and without a bathroom, and I woud recommend the room without own bathroom, because the shared bathroom was near, and this room was better value for money. |
