Customer reviewVery near the train station. The room is spacious, clean and it has character though no tv. The bathroom is clean eventhough it is a shared one and towel is also provided. Internet is free as well. If you have heavy luggage, please request for lower room as there is no elevator in the hotel and it is divided into 3 floor. |

Anna KaryakinaPluses: - I guess it is located in the most romantic square and building that could be imagined in Florence - Breakfast is great indeed, it is good even for 2-3 stars hotel, I think Minuses: - Windows are unable to be closed completely, so it was draughty and cold in winter - Computer for public Internet access is awful, connection is poor, and no ICQ available. Although, there was a network plug for connecting notebook, but I could not set it up well. And I had to wait for 2+ hours till the middle of the night for that main computer to free (I had an urgent need of booking next hotel, so was unable to postpone till another day). |
