ARISTEIDIS BOTASLinda was extremely helpful and kind. The hostel carries you in the Italian atmosphere and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Moreover the hostel was very clean and the bathroom very big. There were many tourist guides and books for free use. |

Victoria LashmarThis hostel is in a great location, really easy to get to and especially important when you have really heavy backpacks with you! It's also within a really short distance to major attractions, internet cafes, markets and places to eat etc Having your own keys and being able to come and go as we pleased was great, especially with no lockout during the day, so it's perfectly possible to have a short siesta after a long morning of sightseeing before you go out again in the evening. Nice big bathroom and use of a fridge was also really useful. The lady who runs the hostel is absolutely lovely as well and is so kind and helpful. Overall, I'd say it's really great value and couldn't really ask for much more for the money. |

Customer reviewThe location was good for the price we had to pay. It was only a short walk away from the main touristy sites. Also many small supermarkets close by. The only thing was that the light in the toilet did not work. At night not very handy. |

Chee Weng LiewLinda and another male staff speak good English. They were helpful in every respect. The fridge was definitely god send as it was very hot in Florence (as other hostels I stayed in do not have refrigerators). Location of the hostel was excellent. We just practically walked around Florence with ease. There were good restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. However as the hostel is facing a busy road, it was a quite disturbing during the nights as we tried to sleep after an exhausting day. Overall, I would recommend friends to bunk in this hostel |

Customer reviewThis place does exactly what it claims to. There are beds and it is central. The location is very good and near the Academia Gallery, useful for getting there early. There is very little provided in the hostel although you can use the fridge which is good. No communal area though so probably enjoyed best if you come with people! It was very cheap though for a central hostel in florence and good if you are there for a short time to see the city. The staff were also really nice and friendly. |
