Liked: The apartments are cosy. Great for backpackers as it has a complete kitchen. Bathroom was clean and nice (always a plus point)

Disliked: Dusty room, dusty sheets. Hard to find due to the mind boggling builiding numbering system (non sequential building numbers, red & black numbers)

Liked: The locations of the place is great. There is so much around it and so easy to get to major sites in Florence

Disliked: There was no AC! You would think if you are renting an apartment AC would come it with or great ventilation to let air move through. There is two small windows and one small fan. The staff was mediocre. In e-mails before I arrived I tried asking questions about the apartment, such as is there a key or how do I know where to go after I put the pin in. How am I to know the apartment is the only one in the buliding and the pin is for the only door. There was no explanation of how the buliding or apartment works and barely any help when I asked about parking. Also, on the last day someone came to show the apartment to another family and took the key without telling us. So we were freaking out thinking we lost the key and when we finally walk down to the office, the lady didn't believe us until she called her friend and confirmed that she did have the key.

Liked: It was a full appartment. The girl was very friendly and willing to answer all our questions.

Disliked: Thw instructions to get into the appartment weren´t clear. We arrived at the appartment and we finally get to the owner by asking the neibours.

Liked: Good spacious room with kitchen facilities and television

Disliked: Office is a bit far from the studio and internet access is not available.

Liked: It was a legitimate apartment in Florence... you felt as if you actually lived there, and weren't surrounded by other travelers.

Disliked: The shower would flash from scalding hot to cold, and at night you could hear everything going on outside.

Liked: Traditional Style, just of Via Nazionale - the main street in Florence

Disliked: It was not made very clear to us that we had to go to the offices further up the street to get the keys for the appartment.

Liked: Lovely owner, gorgeous wee apartment just for the two of us. Great location to food, shops and train station

Disliked: Street was quite noisy, and heating on a timer which oculd easily be fixed.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful, and did everything they could to accommodate me. I even ended up staying for 4 more nights at the end of my trip. If you are traveling and only need one bed try and get the Azzi on Faenza. It is worth the extra money.

Disliked: They did accidentally overbook one of the nights and I had to switch rooms but it was an honest mistake.
