27 July 2009	Customer review Breakfast was amazing. It was a little hot in Florence and there was no air conditioning, but the staff provided a fan which helped. There were sinks in each room which also made the shared bathroom very comfortable and manageable. It is a little hard to find if you are not familiar with Florence's numbering system for their streets but I imagine that would be the case anywhere. I really loved how close it was to the train station.	90%

09 July 2009	Customer review The location is fantastic, its close to the railway station and the market. The staff is sheerful, friendly and genuinely helpful. There's a lockout period until 2.00 pm, but you could leave your bags, freshen up , get helpful tips about sightseeing and move on to discovering Florence. Overall a fun place to stay.	97%

19 April 2009	Andrea Wade Decent place to stay, the staff was not the most helpful - they never even mentioned that breakfast was free to us. Its a great location though and if I was coming back to Florence I would stay there again.	75%

The hostel has a lockout during the day from 10:30am till 2pmwhich we were unaware of when booking which wasnt a problem but may be to others.	82%
