VERY clean, close to the train station and easy to find. Close to all attractions. We arrived before our room was ready but were allowed to dump our bags and return later. Were able to check out earlier than the stated time so that we could catch our train.

I appreciated the cleanliness of it, the free internet, and the location mostly. The view from our room was really great (we could see the domes of San Lorenzo and the Duomo!)

I think it was the best hotel in my Italy holiday..The rooms are very very sweet..The place of the hotel is fantastic..it's very clean and safe..I liked a lot this hotel..Don't think about it and make your reservations for this hotel..

Location and cleanliness both in the room and the bathroom. We were given a room on the top floor with views to the dome of the Medici Chapel and the Campanile. Great views from the shared bathroom. There is a big balcony for anyone to sit there and enjoy the view. Clean and quiet. However, our room faced a very busy street and it was quite noisy at night. We had difficulty sleeping the first night but got used to it afterwards. Ask for a back room if you are used to sleep in a quiet environment.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to train station. Easy to find (gave great directions on the booking confirmation). Room large and comfy (bathroom had been recently renovated). Close to everything.
