The location was excellent. The rooms has television, air conditioning, a safe and fridge. There was free internet available at the hostel also. The rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly. Before staying in this hostel we spent one night in a 4 star hotel, the hostel was far superior accomodation.

Our room was very clean with a new bathroom. Air conditioning was excellent as it was very hot in Florence. The family who ran it was very nice although very loud at night - children were running around late at night.

Great location just near the train station and about 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and Campanile. Free internet use from 8am - 8pm and really helpful staff. We stayed in a room with an en-suite which was spacious and very clean.
