The location is amazing. I could see the Duomo from my room. The staff was very helpful. Helped us plan a wine tour and gave us great food recommendations.

Location close to market. Room was nice, clean private bathroom, but along the hallway and at the streat, it was very noisy!

Close to train station. Very close to mail box/bancomat. Affiliated with nearby Caffe Sabatino that had very reasonable breakfasts. Local bus right outside front doorway. Street Market/food market across the street. One of Rick Steeve's recommended restaurants 1 block away. Easy walking distance to attractions. Free Internet access.Safe in room. Able to come and go as you please-don't have to pass in keys to reception desk. Has a lift. Very friendly and helpful staff with a good command of English for most part.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The free internet was great. The hostel is very central everything was within walking distance. Our room was on the first floor beside the reception so it was quite noisy in the morning when it opened at 8 and if people tried to buzz in late at night. One of the plugs in our room caused the electricity in the room to go so we avoided that socket. We would recommend this hostel.

This was a great hostel, more like a hotel. We had a/c, TV, and the best shower in all the hostels I had ever stayed at. And it location is very near to the train station and Duomo.

Great private rooms with really big bathrooms. Free internet and in a great location close to everything including the train station. We also had a kettle which was good seeing as there is no kitchen facilities.
