Jessica Wearegood location, good rooms, only downsides were buzzer to let people in goes off at all hours and runs through the whole floor and the maid starts work at like 5am so your pretty much gonna get woken up then as she is the loudest women in the world!! bring earplugs and your stay will be great. |

Horia OlaruI very much appreciated the location about this place: just between the railway station and the city centre. Accesible by foot from any location. The room was very ok, with air conditionning, big closet, tv ( which i did not open..), confy bed. The bathroom was just in front of our room ( very big and clean - with everything u need ) Staff from reception was very helpful and nice, they provide internet access, card payment was possible, available room for luggage. There were only 2 things a bit weird: checkout at 10 AM, and the cleaning ladies that were a bit rude and loud..in the mornings. All in all i totally reccomend this place. |

Customer reviewReally nice ensuite bathroom, nice clean room, very friendly and helpful staff and really well located. The street outside was a bit noisy as were our neighbours, who brought their children in at almost midnight and let them run around shrieking for the next half hour - sure that won't be a problem for anyone else, though! :) |

Customer reviewStaff was very friendly and nice. The hostel was very clean, was very impressed that the toilets were spacious and very clean, with very good showers. Most impressed by the fact that our beds were made for us on a daily basis! This is more like a budget guesthouse than a hotel frankly. Highly Recommended!!!!!! Would definetely stay hereif I visit Florence again! |
