Liked: It was really close to everything we wanted to see and the staff were excellent. We actually loved the spiral staircase in our room and the loft bedroom. We had a fridge and practically our own bathroom so it was really great.

Liked: We stayed here 5 nights. Amazing deal, 50 euros/night for a double room - a/c, ensuite, even a balcony onto the street. Located just beside the train station, within easy walk of the historic centre. Also quite close to the market if you're into shopping.

Liked: We weren't warned in advance that they wanted payment on check in (the usual is check out!) and that they only accepted cash. This was a bit of a shock when we first arrived after our long and tiring journey but we got it sorted out okay. Just would have been nice to have been told in advance.The rooms were not dirty but were very very dusty. My feet were black from walking in the room with bare feet. The floors and surfaces need to be mopped and dusted more regularly if not every day. Having said that, the room was lovely and big and the bathroom was cavernous with a great shower. A kettle, hairdryer, safe and fridge were all provided in the room which were very useful. Free internet available but only one computer and half an hour maximum usage per session - although when it is quiet, no-one will call you on this.Very very central which is brilliant for putting you right in the heart of the city but the downside is that it was very noisy at night. It didn't help that our window panes rattled every time a vehicle drove past - which was often and all night!The staff were very friendly and helpful although we didn't really need them much.

Liked: Very good location. Moments from the main station, a great market and a wide selection of cafes, trattorias and restaurants. Adjacent to quite a low-cost neighbourhood - with a lot of students - so there are several small supermarkets, launderettes and internet/international phone shops.

Liked: The room was big, we were happy to have a privat shower and toiletAt the other side, we couldnt sleep the whole night because there were people checking in, doorbells ringing, it was a noisy hotel.

Liked: The Location was excellent, very close to all transport in Rome. I like to go out and this Hostel has no lock out time so it suited me perfectly. If you were a light sleeper and didnt like to go out late I would not reccommend to stay in the Dorm rooms.

Liked: I have stayed at this hostel twice now and it is more like a hotel than a hostel. The rooms and bathrooms are wonderful and very clean. The staff is great as well.

Liked: Excellent location. We could see the dome from the bedroom window (on 3rd floor). We used the hostel as a base for exploring Florence so can't really comment on atmosphere, etc., as we had a private room. Facilities in room were very good. We'd stay there again, without doubt.
