Good place to stay could have used a kitchen or maybe a community fridge, weird that the internet was only allowed to be used until 8 at night, clean rooms though and in a good part of the city

I loved the price of it! You definitely get more than you pay for. We had a huge room that was very comfortable. The location was great too. No problems at all.

The staff is very friend and helpful, but nobody answer the door bell on ground floor when we check in, we have to use mobile phone to call them.

Extremely central location and very secure. Although breakfast wasn't included this wasn't a problem as there were plenty of restaurants in the area. we didn't choose a room with a bathroom but there was no problem sharing as there were several on our floor. The free internet was great. It may be difficult to meet up and socialise with other travellers there, but as I family group, the party scene didn't interest us. So Great value for money and excellent location.... Market streets just opposite the front door.

The internet access was great! Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly. The location is prime. Maybe 10 min walk to El Duomo and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Also, located right outside are street vendors to go barter with (if that's your thing). Stay here! It's great. The noise is a bit much but all of florence will be that way.

Very central = directions could have used street names but staff were very helpful and attentive and rooms though basic were warm and clean.. would reccommend as value for money.

Located very close to the train station, it's a good starting point to explore Florence. The hostel itself is well kept and facilities are good with free internet access (although sometimes it was not working). Only problem with this hostel is that it is on a main street and can be quite nosy at night.

nice hostel than any other we lived. Cleaness, location, price and staff are valuable especially when we lived in one hostel in ROMA and cost 30 euro per person.
