Liked: Good location if you want something no frills and inexpensive. My friend thinks she got bedbugs though. Pretty average overall.

Liked: Great hostel! The rooms are big, comfortable and clean, the bathrooms are luscious and clean, the staff is helpful and it really felt more like a hotel than a hostel, really. And the location is of course good, 5 minutes' walking from the train station and from the city centre. You won't be sorry for staying there!

Liked: It's only 10 minutes from the train station. There is a local market only few steps away. Our room was very bright and big. The place was clean and secure. Unfortunatelly our room was situated at the main road so it was very noisy at night time. I suggest to book a room on the other side of building.

Liked: The staff are friendy, easy to talk to and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and a memorable one. Also, the location of the property is ideal, this makes it possible for one to see the beauty of central Florence in a flash.

Liked: it was very easy to find just a few minutes from the train station on foot and very close to the most famous parts of the city. We walked to everywhere never used the bus. The hostel was clean and safe. The keepers were very helpful and friendly. (I'm sorry i don't remember your name but greek guy ("left" in greek?) thank you very much. Definetly recomended.

Liked: Room conditions were better than we expected. Complimentary biscuits & tea, coffee making facilities were available in room. Towels were replaced daily.Location was very convenient, walking distance to the main railway station and all the attractions.No breakfast provided, but a nearby cafe (promoted by the hotel) offers a good breakfast for a nominal price.

Liked: we loved staying here, the rooms were huge and so was the bathroom. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and there was a lovely towel heater! The location was great, only minutes walk away from everything, would definitely stay here again!
