Customer reviewWe booked a shared room but got upgraded to a private room. We were extremely happy with the facilities and the room. They had a jacuzzi shower jet. The room was very clean. Very simple breakfast but sufficient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with our requests. Terrific location (5 minutes from the terminal) and only 10 minutes walk to most of the main attractions. We very much enjoyed our 2 nights there. |

Customer reviewFirstly this place is not a hotel or hostel. Soggiorno Gloria is a guest room. ?t's located at the first floor of an office bulding. So it has security problem. When you arrive the place you feel dissapoitment. But it's clean and staff is very helpful. Although it has an excellent location.The rooms are very noisy.And no breakfast. |

Customer reviewIt was really close to everything we wanted to see and the staff were excellent. We actually loved the spiral staircase in our room and the loft bedroom. We had a fridge and practically our own bathroom so it was really great. |

Customer reviewWe stayed here 5 nights. Amazing deal, 50 euros/night for a double room - a/c, ensuite, even a balcony onto the street. Located just beside the train station, within easy walk of the historic centre. Also quite close to the market if you're into shopping. |

Fenella WattsWe weren't warned in advance that they wanted payment on check in (the usual is check out!) and that they only accepted cash. This was a bit of a shock when we first arrived after our long and tiring journey but we got it sorted out okay. Just would have been nice to have been told in advance. The rooms were not dirty but were very very dusty. My feet were black from walking in the room with bare feet. The floors and surfaces need to be mopped and dusted more regularly if not every day. Having said that, the room was lovely and big and the bathroom was cavernous with a great shower. A kettle, hairdryer, safe and fridge were all provided in the room which were very useful. Free internet available but only one computer and half an hour maximum usage per session - although when it is quiet, no-one will call you on this. Very very central which is brilliant for putting you right in the heart of the city but the downside is that it was very noisy at night. It didn't help that our window panes rattled every time a vehicle drove past - which was often and all night! The staff were very friendly and helpful although we didn't really need them much. |

Lai Sum Mani like their ensuite room. quite big & comfortable. but so noise in the street. however, it is worth to live. |
