 they were extremely accomodating and very kind- offered us help and gave us great deal for our money!! I suggest you go there, its really GREAT!

The rooms were big and very clean. The location was perfect....right in the center with all the major sites within easy walking distance. They do not have internet access, which would be nice, but there are several internet cafes right near the hostel. Breakfast is not offered, but the discount offered at the nearby cafe was nice...good food and cheaper than anything you would find elsewhere....3 euro per person. We will definitely recommend this hostel to friends and family and will stay there again next time we are in Florence.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was great - near the station, and the market and major attractions, food (reasonably priced) available in that area as well as internet cafes. Even though there was no breakfast I like the fact that they provided a kettle and tea and coffee sachets and jam tarts for the guests with no extra charge. Would definitely recommend this place to people travelling to Florence.

The rooms were great! It was like staying in a hotel. The free coffee and snacks were also nice. All in all, this was a very pleasant hostel experience.

The location of the hostel was the number one positive for me. It was just 5 minutes walk from the station, and within walking distance of all Florence attractions. It isn't outstanding, but is sufficient for the price that you pay.

The location and cleanliness are the best things about this hostel. It lacks a bit of character though, but still highly recommended. Good value for money.

I loved how close we were to everything is Florence. The rooms were very comfortable and just what we needed. The bathrooms are very clean and the hot showers are great. Would recommend to anyone.

Location was excellent, 5 mins from the station Firenze SMN and very close to many famous sights. The receptionists were also very friendly and welcoming.

Great location for all the important sites of interest. High ceiling and yes they really do have air con. Excellent place, with really helpful staff, would highly recommend to others.
