 I loved the staff and location. Plus this place had a lift. This place is such a bargin for what you get.

It's very nice and quite fancy. The bathroom is HUGE. I strongly recommend this hostel. Also the location is quite good, it's really close to the central station.

1. the double ensuite room was really comfortable (even with a nice balcony), with a extremely clean and modern bathroom
2. the location is perfect, 5 minutes walking from the duomo

I liked the size of the rooms, and the cleanliness. I also appreciated the large bathrooms, and hot water for showers 24 hrs. Out of the 8 hostels we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Europe, this was our favorite by far.

An excellent hostel which is in a great location. Facilities are really good and even include a T.V with MTV in your room! Would definately recommend it.

Very near the station and the center of town. My room was not at the side of the street and therefor very quiet. Small hostel, friendly people.

It was close to the train station. The staff was extremely helpful, they even called trenitalia for us (it was all in Italian) and figured out what we needed to do when we missed our train. It was really more of a guesthouse than a hostel, very cozy with mostly couples.

This has been the best hostel I have ever stayed in. We booked a private double room and ended with up this huge room with 2 extra bed all to ourselves. They gave us a basket of snacks upon arrival and were very friendly. I wish I could have had my own bathroom but it still no problem, no waiting, not dirty...overall great experience. The locaton is perfect right near the train station, markets, and duomo.

Very clean. Two bathroom. The Towels are clean and big. Nice services. Nice room. Has TV, breakfast and tea.

we liked that it was very clean, nice, really close to the train station, staff was very friendly and it has elevator so it makes it really easy to get to the rooms!! besides our rooms were really comfortable, and spacious...

The room was a good size with a balony. It was a bit noisy as on a main street but the shutters helped to reduce the traffic sounds. The bathroom was huge and had just been done up. Everything was clean and fully functional. Eveyone was helpful and friendly. A good place to stay
