Max and Silvia are wonderful!! We flew to Florence to get married and everyone in the hostel was so excited for us and helped us out in every way possible!! Thank you Max and Silvia!!

Fab people, sooo lovely, wish I could have stayed longer but they were sold out! Could do with having a guest use kitchen, but sometimes you can't have everything!

This was one of the very best hostels I have ever stayed in...and I have been to quite a few! The staff were all quite wonderful, full of info and also sympathy when we staggered in after hours of walking in Florence. I would highly reccommed this place to anyone!

Massi & Sylvia are the perfect hosts, such lovely, friendly people. The rooms are good, the facilities are good and breakfast was great! A little bit of walk from the city centre, but not too bad.

The friendliness of the owners, the comfortable and clean dorms, with excellent en-suite bathroom. The breakfast was good and a nice touch, although I feel it was a bit on the expensive side for a hostel dorm, and the location, while okay, was a bit away from the main central zone of Florence. Nonetheless I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hostel for backpackers.

Everything, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, they had a good breakfast and espresso machine!!. The owners are quite possibly the friendliest and most helpful people ive met at any hostels ive stayed at.

First the staff are fantastic particularly Max he greeted us with such a friendly welcome and was so helpful with everything and he make a mean cappuchino.
Also a great place to meet people and i am from the older age bracket. I was travelling with my two daughters in there twenties teaching them about travelling on a budget and staying here was a great opportunity to show them how great it can be.

Max and Silvia, the owners, werewonderful hosts and very helpful with information regarding what to see, where to go and transport. The hostel is very convenient and is about a 15 minute direct walk to the Duomo. There was a very social atmosphere in the hostel which is directly attributed to Max and Silvia.
