Lachlan Hay-HendryStaff are nice. The location is a long walk to any tourist sights and on a busy road so quite noisy. The wifi requires that you use the owners laptop for upto 30mins. Good cheapish option. |

Franca OrsiniI had been to this hotel once before approx. 5 years ago and decided to go back. Since then the management has changed but i found it even better than the first time we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There now is air conditioning in all the rooms (which is a must for August weather). The rooms were clean -this is very important for me. They rooms aren't fancy but nice enough for the deal we got. We had breakfast there one morning -simple but good enough (cereal, fruits, deserts, coffee, juice etc..). The location is ok -about 10 minute walk from the train station -but in the other direction from the major sights -however seemed like a safe area. Overall I would recommend this hotel. |

Customer reviewVery nice, clean and cosy. The owner was always trying to be very helpful. Not far from the center, we never had to use a bus, even with the baggage. If i REALLY had to complain I'd say that the street was too loud and it was hard to get some sleep after 7 a.m., but that depends on the room. Second thing, there is no equipped kitchen where you could cook your food. There is only a possibility to boil some water. Finally there is no wi-fi thaat you could access with your own laptop, but you can use the hotels laptop also in the room. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hostel, not only because of the price. |

xing chenRun like a B & B, comfortable, friendly, and professional. Perfect for independent travellers who appreciate privacy and cleanliness. As a bonus, the furnishings are adorable and attractive, so the rooms and dining areas are pretty and have personality. Incredible, considering the rate of only 18 euros per night, for a single room with an ensuite bathroom, when I stayed there. Came with TV and air conditioning, and there's a kitchen with a fridge. |

Customer reviewThe guys at hostel firenze took great care of me during my stay. The place is beautiful and really worth the price ... which isnt much. The only thing is it isnt a youth hostel ... and I didnt meet any people my age. Other than that great! |

Lindsay MoellerThe staff were the friendliest I found in all of Italy! They were so helpful, making dinner reservations/recommendations, giving directions, etc. If anything, I would go back just to see them! Also, the rooms were lovely and spacious, some of the largest we saw. It really was just an overall wonderful experience! |

Wing Man Tsanggood location, close to train station, just 20 mins walk the hostel was so good and the staffs are so helpful and friendlyproblem the only problem was it is close to the road and the sound of the cars were quite loud, but it is acceptable overall, this is a good hostel in a very good price |

Customer reviewTo call Sogna a hostel is a bit of misnomer. It's really more of a bed and breakfast with shared rooms. Very nice place. Great value for money but definately not what you typically think of as a Hostel. Great for travellers a little older than the typical college crowd, looking for an affordable room. |

Customer reviewthe Staff are very helpful and friendly, the accomodation does not remind of a hostel but it looks as a good hotel, it was fairly close to the town centre and for those that do not wish to walk there is bus service right outside of the door. Overall we where very pleased with our stay and we will stay with them again in a future trip to Florence |
