Liked: We were a bit unsure as we came up the stairs to the hotel, but when we entered it ans saw how neat and clean it was, we were impressed. I liked that it was very secure and also quite close to most of the places we wanted to see. In fact, we walked everywhere. It is so reasonably priced as well!!

Liked: The only pros are location and air conditioning. If you are looking for a place with shoddy bathrooms, a missing shower door, a constant shortage of toilet paper, and an occasional power outage; this is the place for you. My review would have been much lighter had I not been yelled at for using the bathroom upon leaving. I hope that when they read this sour review, they understand that a flourishing business is possible only when hospitality is shown to their guests!

Liked: lorenzo has been very nice and useful; we have booked a double room shred bath, but he gives another room with private bath: he has not increased the price!Casa Billi is nearest Duomo and Uffizi: only 5 minutes! So, I recommend this place very gladly

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. They always greeted me with a smile and seemed to want to help! I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone else traveling to Florence.
