Customer reviewstayed in a private deluxe room and it exceeded our expectations by a mile. very clean hostel, safe hostel and definitely worth the money! staff very helpful and the location is excellent. free wifi, free breakfast, free walking tour on offer. what more can you ask for? |

Customer reviewThis hostel has so much potential except for its unfriendly and incredibly rude staff! If you are going to work at a hostel where people are coming from all over the world and the majority are young why would you hire people who have no social skills are rude and look at you like you are scum?! Worst hostel staff we have had the unfortunate chance to meet and have been travelling for four months. When trying to buy some food or ask a question they would ignore you whilst watching the replays of soccer on t.v until they felt like turning around or until they had finished their game of tetris on the computer. Apart from the terrible staff who should nearly all be replaced, the location is good as it is really close to the train station and city centre, good and free internet computers, good washing facilities, beds are comfy, awesome shower, dinner and breakfast are free and pretty good could not complain. So as long as you have no contact with the staff or the staff problem is fixed then it is not a bad hostel to stay at. |

Ana C RognoniReally easy to reach, specially since its really close to main Train Station. Having dinner included really makes it worth. Excellent food and facilities where to have breakfast and dinner. Having free internet and private ocmputer in the room is something really hard to find. It is a cute, cosy, friendly place where to live... |

Tiago SousaEverythig was great there!! The place is wonderful, the breakfast and free pasta at night are really awesome, the best in europe. There you have your own closet to keep your things and you dont need to buy a locker to keep it safe, they give you the key. I really enjoyed that place. |

tiangao yangeverything is great. big clean rooms.nice bathrooms.good breakfast and dinner. computer in each room,also wireless internet. in the building. i liked the free tour too. they also sell snacks at the reception which i found very handy.all in all, a very good place to stay. |

Sarah HepworthThsi place was fantastic. The breakfast is so much better than the substandard cornfalkes and or toast, there is heaps to choose from and it is decent. The free dinner was really good also. The free walking tour was worth it, but the website doesn't tell you they offer two free tours, so you can do the first free tour on day one and the second on day two. The hostel is in a fantastic location, so close to the station and easy walking distance to all the sites. There are heaps of computers with free internet access and the rooms have computers with free internet access too. The staff were also really friendly, would stay there again! |

Customer reviewI asked for a 6 dorm and got a single room. That would normally be a good deal except it was a small cell right next to the common room which meant echoing noise until midnight and then again at 7am. Dont be so hasty to accept their "lucky single room" if its offered. Other than that great location but not the best to meet other people. |

Margaux CarsonThis is probably the best hostel I've stayed in. It was very clean, there were lockers, they feed you breakfast AND dinner, and both are good, and there's free internet. It's a quieter hostel, but there is still lots of space to meet people. I would highly recommend this hostel! |
