Liked: Great location, very friendly staff. Food in the resturant is very very very cheap and much nicer than the resturants in Florence.

Liked: It is definitely value for money place for backpacker. Comfortable dorm, clean toilet, computer with internet in the room, spaces kitchen/canteen and they even serve free delicious dinner with plenty of choices. Excellent!

Liked: A really good place to meet people and other travelers. Breakfast was good and cheap drinks. A great base to explore Florence.

Disliked: The bathrooms could do with bath mats and hand towels, wasn't bad, just could be better.

Liked: The hostel was in a great location. Rooms were fantastic - homely, roomly and it had a great view. It also had a desk top computer in the room. Great breakfast and dinner. Fantastic value for money, would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: No central common room.

Liked: the breakfast was amazing,eggs toast cereal and much more included and the location was great and they even have a 2 day 2 hour walking tour with excellents guide to show us around and explain us about the history of firenze/florence.

Liked: Fantastic location, great staff, they seem to have thought of everything. The breakfast is great and hot! You cannot get a free hot breakfast for free at many places! The rooms were great, big lockers and clean. The ones with an ensuite even have a computer in the room. Lots of powerpoints for each bed was a big plus. The staff were really helpful and willing to book anything for you. Great work.

Liked: This hostel is really great. Nice atmosphere, amazing decoration, and all facilities on same place.

Disliked: the staff is kind of busy all time, so its hard to get some attention.

Liked: This is by far the best hostel we've stayed in facilities-wise. Breakfast is amazing, the wifi is free and reliable, there are plenty of computers for everyone to use, a beautiful courtyard, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms are big and the place is really clean. There is a cheap restaurant attached if you need to save money and have a simple meal. It's also really close to the train station and the main sights of beautiful Florence. It's really incredible value for money - just what a backpacker looks for.

Disliked: Our only complaint is that the showers were never very hot, only luke warm.

Liked: this hostel was amazing! breakfast was incredible, place was clean and very well located. internet in the room and common areas. great place overall!

Liked: I like the location and facility provided by the hostel.

Disliked: The reception persons who does the duty at night. I know that got more stress but they should handel customers with care. I met two different persons and both of them have hot tempered and do not smile.... They are fussy when customer asked question that seem too easy for them.

Liked: Great atmosphere, excellent food (dinner only 2.50 Euro), breakfast really nice and so much to choose from! Layout is fantastic and location is great too.

Liked: It's too good to be true. 2 minutes walk from Central Station, awesome breakfast of your choice from 5-6 different items. Decent internet speed if you are not watching live streaming. Many free PCs to use. Around 8 PCs in the first floor and 1 each in your room. Drinks are so cheap, 1 euro for beer and 2.5 for bottle of wine. (Big water bottle is only 0.8 euros, fruits, frozen food, yogurt are there too.) Dinners are so cheap and tasty. Any personal size pizza is only 2.5 euros, pasta is 2.5 euros. Very clean and friend staffs. No curfew. Big and good locker.

Disliked: Had been here 3 years ago. some of the staff are the same, however, the breakfest changed a lot, 3 years ago there was a small breakfest buffet, with all kinds fruits and pasta,, now, I cannot even feel full after eating the breakfest and i am sure all the guests feel the same,...

Liked: Everything! Great location near to the Train station but down a quiet street - perfect. Great chioce of breakfasts! Helpful staff. Good dining area and outdoor garden area to meet people. Alcohol available : ) Room had internet and en-suite. Very friendly atmosphere for a big place. The best hostel I have stayed in.
