Liked: Clean and bright, friendly and helpfull staff on hand at all times. Good location for centre of Florence and local transport

Liked: They offered dinner at the hostel for free and their beers and wines were cheap and good ones.

Disliked: At first day our room was cold, because we're told that the heat starts at 14.30. But they gave us a radiator, so we did not have heat problem then.-

Liked: free breakfast AND dinner, and the walking tour that leaves from the lobby is great

Disliked: room was quite small for 4 people

Liked: The computers was very useful and wide screen. Good location.

Disliked: The shower could be better, i waited long time to had a bad shower (small quantity of walter). Should has a living room there. My bed was to low, i touched my head in the another bed. Breakfast was good but wasn't enough, small amount.

Liked: I love this hostel, great location, wonderful staff, the free food was even good. I also love the decor the art on the walls and graffiti from past guests, its the perfect hostel experience.

Liked: Great staff--they offered to move me to an all-female dorm since the mixed-dorm room that I originally booked was mostly men. No kitchen facilities, but the restaurant is a nice spot to sit in the evenings and eat the free dinner. The dorm room that I stayed in was great! Good view, very comfortable bed. The storage lockers had ample space as well.

Disliked: Nothing; one of the best hostels I've stayed in thus far. :-)

Liked: Really cool place and in the perfect location. Close to the station, close to all the sights, and in a funky little street. Very impressive breakfast, and the fact that they also provided a free dinner was really great.

Disliked: Nothing, I would definitely visit this hostel again.

Liked: Everything! the staff (Robert and Anthony) were really nice and helpful!!! They helped me to find a bed for my friend !!! U are awsome guys!!! thanks for everything!!! The hostel was clean and secure! The pasta was great! Alejandra from Argentina

Liked: The meals were decent, the hostel was clean and the messages written all over the walls were fantastic... though they were in the process of painting over a lot of them when I was there which is sad. Overall, GREAT value for money.

Disliked: I just wish the place had been more fun and social.

Liked: The on-site restaurant was cheap and had good food. Free internet, the place reasonably clean and seemed well run. Free internet in the room was handy.

Liked: free dinner. they offer pizza, spaghetti and salad free each dinner, and if i want more, it only costs 2.50 euro, which is really cheap. The location was perfect, this hostel is quite big! The room was clean, lockers were safe and big.

Disliked: smelly water, i dont know why, and the ensuite toilette was smelly too.

Liked: Great location! Close to the station, markets and most attractions. The hostel also has free breakfast, free dinner, free lockers, free internet and free wallking tours! What's not to like :)

Disliked: ....one of the guys at the front desk seemed a little dis-interested when we asked questions, otherwise all good!

Liked: This was one of the best hostels I have ever stay at. The deals they offer for food are out of this world and help you save loads of money. Great value for your money and a wicked patio to hang out on.

Liked: Really nice hostel with an open courtyard in the middle and breakfast included and stuff. Only stayed one night but I wish we had stayed longer!

Disliked: The shower basin was quite short so the floor of the bathrooms was usually wet and slippery.

Liked: totally unique and fun feel! this was my first experience at a hostel and it could not have been better... and i'm quite the girly girl!

Liked: I liked that it offered a good breakfast and dinner and it offered other food products. The advice from the stuff was very nice! Also I like the free tours of the city!

Disliked: The bathrooms needed soap.

Disliked: all night partying by some hostelers in the courtyard could be heard in the inner rooms, but I wear earplugs!

Liked: Great atmosphere, seemed to have attracted many friendly people who were up for meeting people. Great deal for food as its free for dinner and breakfast, so excellent way to save some money and still get some authentic (though maybe not perfect) Italian cuisine. Social area was great, staff were helpful and rooms were clean.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
