Liked: free dinner.. bacon pizza is very delicious.. I can meet each country people and make friends near station..^^

Disliked: It's hard to find there first... staff is so-so... not kind.

Liked: The 3-bed ensuite room was perfect for myself and the two others in our party. It was lovely having a door out to the balcony and garden area. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was great. we didn't try the pasta/pizza supper that was also included in the price but it's a great idea for those on a limited budget. Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Free Internet access was a definite plus for us. The Archi Rossi has thought of everything and is certainly excellent value for money! If I ever return to Florence I'd happily go back to this hostel.

Disliked: Despite notices asking for people to be respectful of others between 11pm and 7am we had a group of American's chatting loudly outside our room til about 2am. I know it's a great way of meeting people but is that not whay there are communal areas??

Liked: They were super accommodating and everything we needed was there! I loved it here and I would definitely stay again if I go back to Florence. The free dinners were delicious, breakfast was the best I have had at a hostel (I have stayed in 7) and the internet was fast and always available. Also the rooms were a good size, the lockers were big and we had a bathroom in our room along with one in the hallway if anyone needed it. Great choice!

Disliked: I reserved a room for five people, but I got a group of four people, but of course I am willing to pay for 5 people to have more amount of breakfast. and space in the room is more wider. but not the kitchen Employees who lack experience in the kitchen, not catering to me for 5 people She wants to do just that by the number of key, and they put hot coffee in a plastic cup, I make my assessment that they do not care about the healthsafety .

Liked: I like the decoration of the hostel and all the service provided by them. The staff are friendly and helpful, teaching me how to book tickets for the Galleria degli Uffizi. The sightseeing tour was great too!!!!!! I wish I can join both tours(They have 2 routes). Also the meals provided were so good! The dining room is a good place to meet ppl.

Disliked: The upper bed is too close to the lower bed that I cannot sit on the lower bed with my back straight.......

Liked: It's really near to city center and clean room. The dinner is a bonus for us cause not every hostel will offer dinner and the walking tours also another point to attract travellers to stay in this hostel. Conclusion is a good choice in Florence

Liked: I only stay at hosels with free breakfasts, and this was one of the best free breakfasts ever. I really enjoyed their cafeteria set up and the FREE dinner too! Definitely a great deal!

Disliked: Although it was really neat that there was art all over the walls and you were allowed to write on them (which was awesome and I did); some of the comments and drawings were crude. This is no fault of the Hostels though, just some slobs who stay there.

Liked: Free breakfast and dinner! Huge lockers...Great roommates...Good location (10 mins from all main attractions...5 mins from San Lorenzo Market)

Disliked: I think I was lucky meeting really nice people in my room, but the only common space is the dining area and that can be a little sterile. But overall its a cool hostel just not the same welcoming atmosphere as smaller hostels..I guess it depends what you like.

Liked: The free meals were great, as was the location. I also really liked the walking tour and learned about the best gelato place from one of the guides.

Disliked: There was no common room and the only place to meet other travelers if you stayed in a single room was at breakfast and dinner in the restaurant., which wasn't ideal. I also felt the staff wasn't always as friendly as at the other places I stayed during this trip.

Liked: free internet, free breakfast and dinner. very good localization. next to the train station! computer in the room

Disliked: room was cold and bathroom (ensuite) freezing. i complained about it and they did nothing

Liked: I thought the internet and dining service was exceptional, particularily with value to money. Locker access in the rooms was also helpful.

Disliked: Very noisy... you could hear other people in the rooms next door, traffic, street noise. I expect summer would be worse with the outdoor area.

Liked: Fab breakfast and dinner included with lots of choice, leaving you lots of pennies for the rest of your trip and for fun times in Florence. Lovely and clean, great place to meet with people and super location one of the best hostels I have ever stayed with! Would deffo recommend, stay there you wont regret it!

Liked: Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: It didn't seem to have a common room, only a dining room/canteen, which wasn't great for meeting and chatting to people. But overall a great place!
