Liked: it is 15 minutes from the train station

Disliked: nobody there when I arrived,insted of a double room with private bthroom they only had 4 beds with shared bathroom.In march the room was very cold

Liked: it felt very safe and was a good place to get some rest after a long day of sight seeing

Disliked: the bathrom was down the hall and the shower was quite small also there was no hair-drier

Liked: big rooms, lots of privacy, coffee and tea in the room, frifge and microwave present

Disliked: noisy, still a walk towards the city center, reception is mostly closed

Liked: Peaceful, close to station, helpful staff and very clean. Good for couples or those looking for a peaceful place to rest and sleep. If the staff aren't there when you arrive you just ring the number on the door and they arrive very quickly. If you don't have a phone you can politely ask the receptionist at the hostel across the road. They only asked for 20 cents for a mobile call.

Disliked: A little further away from station than the description but it's still only a couple of minutes walk. Nothing much to complain about. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The room is clean and nice . So close to the central station and the staff is super helpful . I like to stay there again

Liked: Short distance from train station coming into Florence. Fan in each room however no air conditioner facilities.

Disliked: Rooms were very basic. Shared bathroom facilities - sometimes difficult to find a free bathroom. Also would recommend more helpful directions from main train station as we found this place very difficult to find.

Liked: The room I had was large and airy and the hostel is down a quiet street so you get a good nights sleep! The room and shared bathrooms were very clean. This hostel has a notice saying that it promotes peace and quiet, so if you want a party hostel this is not the place for you! I really enjoyed my stay here and it is just a short walk to the train station.

Liked: Bathrooms and rooms were clean and staff was kind.

Disliked: BEDBUGS! I stayed two nights and have about 35 bites. Everything was wonderful except this which almost made it unbearable to sleep there.

Disliked: Had to call in order to check in, could be a disaster just in case if your cell does not work. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: the staff was extremely friendly and helpful even though we showed up several hours after their regular check in time due to train troubles

Liked: Very homely, family managed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: Shared bathrooms and other rooms along corridor obliged us to always be aware of other guests and keep noises to a minimal.

Liked: Large, bright room and very comfy bed. Only a small hostel so it was nice and quiet. It had a fridge and microwave. Free WiFi and friendly staff. Very clean.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Very clean, quiet, and peaceful. So peaceful, in fact, that I had the whole room to myself, and barely saw anyone else. The shower is great, and this is the cleanest hostel I've ever seen.

Disliked: This is not a party hostel, so don't come here expecting that. Also, while its close to the train station, the walk is not that comfortable- I wouldn't want to walk here alone at night.
