About Soggiorno Primavera
Two bathrooms with toilet and shower are available for you. One room has a private bathroom. The room for two people has a two twin beds, if you would like to have a queen size bed please ask in advance.
At your disposal upon your arrival:
-maps of the city
-free charging reservations for museums and restaurants
- all keys to your room so that you may have free and easy access to the building and come and go as you please, also during the night
-Wi-Fi in all the rooms and public area
- no air conditioning, you will have a fan.
You can also park your car easily on the street in front of the building (blue lines only, not for free, the price is 1,60E per hour, it is free during the night and on sunday), and the bus stop is near the our guesthousel, but you can arrive by walking everywhere also :-))).
We are not 24 hours open. Reception is open from9.00 to 1 p.m. and from 3,30 p.m. till 6 p.m. Sunday and Saturday only in the morning from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m.. When you have to arrive at a different time, please let us know by call phone or write an e-mail so that we could fix an appointment or we can give you the entrance codes.
PLEASE NOTE: CITY TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ROOM (it is 2E per person per night).

Our rooms are simple but comfortable, clean and spacious. We offer double and multiple rooms, with shared bathrooms. There are two bathrooms with showers, which are cleaned every day. One bedroom has a private bathroom.
Hot water all day, sheets, towels and soap are included in room rate; also the Wi-Fi and daily cleaning of the room.
Since we have a limited check in time we need to know your estimated time of arrival; we are in the office from 9a.m. till 1p.m. and from 3,30 p.m. till 6 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday only in the morning from 9.m. till 2p.m.).
We are in via Jacopo Peri 2, 50144 Firenze.
Close to the Fortezza da Basso (center for fairs and exhibitions);
Close to the central train station Firenze Santa Maria Novella;
Close to the avenues: viale Fratelli Rosselli and Viale Belfiore (can reach by car and easily without risking fines).
Only 15 minutes’ walk from the historic city.
