Liked: The staff is very helpful, best staff in all the hostels that I went. There is something more in this place than in the other place. Good place to meet people, with the free wine at 9h, it,s very good.

Liked: It was a great way to relax and meet people. It was lively with music playing and free wine every night. The atmosphere was lovely!!! Definately go back there again, especially to see Jonathan and Ella again. They were really welcoming and enthusiastic people.

Disliked: Nothing. Overall a wonderful experience!!!

Liked: Everything!!! Staff were excellent! Great atmosphere, nice clean rooms and best of all some fantastic free tuscany wine for guest every evening!

Liked: Right from the start Jonathan and Ella do their best to make you feel at home. This is the only place Ive been to where Ive shared a wine and chips with the owner while he checked me in and gave me an overview of the sights - and when I got to my room I discovered that my muddy bike bags had been cleaned! Truly a home away from home.

Liked: everything. dany house was amazing. jonathan and ela are the nicest people ever! free wine every night, great place to meet people, beds were comfy, free amazing breakfast, and they had the cutest little dog named morgan. we would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: it got pretty cold sometimes but we just bundled up until it warmed up again.

Liked: Jonhatan and his girlfriend are very nice, they help the people everytime and they're very friendlies and very funnies. The hostel is beautyful and nice to be there. It's a realy good hostel to know florence.

Liked: They are very helpful especially with explaning everything on map, the Staf was very very frinedly serves welcoming drink and some other drinks during ur stay for free,

Disliked: The Intrenet connection was not good and most of the time no internet but they said it is just for these couples of days, there was one pathroom and sometimes you need to wait for shower but it was very clean and there was shambo for free

Liked: The best hostel ever - an incredible host, so gracious and welcoming. Jonathon, you´re a diamond!! Loved the atmosphere and the people there. Everything was fantastic, wouldnt hesitate in coming back to Florence just for this place!!

Disliked: Having to leave.

Liked: Jonathan and Ela are really lovely people who genuinely seem to want to help out with everything. They also have free wine and snacks for everybody every night. The breakfast isn't free, but it's cheap and it's so much more substantial than the breakfasts you get in most places that it's worth it. It's a small place and you end up making a little community with whoever stays there because there's really only the one common room to hang out in and everybody usually gets together for the wine!

Disliked: The internet was broken more often than it was working, but I think Jonathan got it fixed right before I left because it seemed a lot better. So this probably isn't an issue anymore!

Liked: Very friendly and helpful host. He really made my trip valuable and efficient thanks to his city guide. Clean and bright room, clean toilet, the stay was great.

Disliked: Wifi for 3 people at a time maximum. I stayed for 1 night only, so it didn't matter, but for someone stays there for a week, it would be a bit bothersome.

Liked: Jonathon and Ella are the loveliest people - so laid back! Free wine at 9 every night gives the perfect opportunity to meet everyone there as well! Loved it all!

Liked: Jonathan was very welcoming and an enthusiastic host. We gave lots of really useful information and nothing was too much trouble

Disliked: Not enough toilets! Queuing for the loo at 4 am not much fun!

Liked: Everything! The owners Jonathan and Ella are sooo nice and helpful! Get the breakfast! It's huge and delicious.

Disliked: Just one thing, the wifi only lets one person on at a time, but really it wasn't that big of a deal. The place is great!!!

Liked: Jonathan and Ella, the hosts, are the most beautiful and helpful people. Really lovely homely atmosphere, great place to meet other travellers and get to know them at wine time! Location wise, its great, not far from anything on foot. Just a really enjoyable, carefree and relaxed environment!

Disliked: Not one thing! :)

Liked: The owners were extremely nice, and offered us an authentic Italian dinner and breakfast for a very reduced rate. The atmosphere was fantastic - if I ever go back to Florence, I will only ever stay at Dany House Hostel!

Disliked: There was not a single aspect of my stay at Dany House that I did not enjoy.

Liked: THE HOSTS! Jonathan is THE FRIENDLIEST PERSON you might ever meet. He is warm, generous, and affectionate-- he made me feel so at home!!! I rarely stay in hostels but I wish I had stayed at least another night or two. His girlfriend is adorable also and they are so hospitable.

Disliked: Wi-fi connection spotty, only one sink to use among everyone who does not have an en-suite bathroom. Really very minor issues overall, but should be pointed out.
