Liked: The location was right outside the steps of the Duomo. Great price at 30 euros a night per person for the budget double.

Disliked: The bathroom shower door was missing and water got all over the floor. The person that cleaned our room might have smoked because when we got back at the end of the day the room smelled like an ashtray. Staff was only around for a couple of hours.

Liked: The location was the best in the City Center near the Duomo.. The room was more or less nice.. the bad thing was the shower that didn't had a bathtub cortain..

Disliked: I stayed in a room near the reception.. so in the morning there was a lot of noise.

Liked: Great location right near the Piazza del Duomo, room was very clean - try and get no 6 if you can it has the only balcony and opens directly to the Duomo.

Disliked: No kitchen facilities, owner spoke no English, no air con so could get quite hot

Liked: The location is fantastic. The price is very low. Although we didn't have a bathroom in our room, the outside bathroom was a private one used only by us and was very nice. The budget room was small but cozy.

Disliked: The room was a bit dark.

Liked: Very conveniently located adjacent to Piazza Il Duomo. Friendly reception, clean room with kettle and tea/coffee and breakfast laid out. Characterful building.

Disliked: Minor issues, but neither the fan nor the air conditioning worked.

Liked: LOCATION! It was right next to the duomo which was fantastic.

Disliked: There was not always someone at reception, but we didnt really need anyone. Would have like internet.

Liked: Amazing location - in sight of the duomo, about 100 feet from Piazza del Duomo. Clean, nice room. Private bath. Really, really great price for the location and quality of the accomodation.

Liked: The location - it was good because of its closeness to the centre of the city but also bad because of the noise from the nearby street.

Disliked: The shower - we soaked the floor everytime we used it because the curtain was not wide enough to cover all sides of the rail.

Liked: Unbeatable location - right next to the Duomo which is where you want to stay in Florence. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was good. Sabrina was a wonderful host and let us store our bags after check-out before catching the train which was very helpful. She also helped with dinner reservations. Very clean and would stay there again.

Liked: It is quiet and located at historic center....facilities are average but when you are in Florence you hardly stay at room!!! wifi is free - a major plus point when compared to other hotels in this locality !! over all a very good value for money...

Liked: My single room with bathroom was clean and nicely furnished. It had it's own thermostat. Breakfast of tea/coffee and packaged pastries was in the room - something I had not experienced in other hostels. That meant I was on my own, but not able to meet other hostel guests at a common breakfast area.What I didn't like: 1) even though it is a no-smoking property, the owner smoked in the reception area (with the window open but smoke still permeates the property), 2) shower drain was clogged so my shower had to be short lest the water fill the base of the stall shower and overflow onto the bathroom floor, 3) great location but being right on the duomo piazza meant that it was noisy at all hours.

Liked: I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK!!! IT WAS LIKE STAYING IN A 5***** PLACE! NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THERE ARE TREATS AND WARM DRINKS THAT AWAIT YOU! PLUS IT'S SO CLOSE TO ALL THE SIGHTSEEING PLACES! THE BESTEST PLACE I STAYED IN ITALY!
