Liked: This place is great, from the location to the strange cat pictures pasted on the walls. The staff are friendly, the breakfast and evening snack served are great and the rooms are large and not stuffy.

Liked: The food they offer to everyone at 6:30pm good to get people to mingle and was pretty good food. Michelle was the only staff member that always made the place feel welcoming and cheerful, without her I don't think it would have the great atmosphere & have good movies to watch in the evening! Good cute little gift for those staying on Christmas day!

Disliked: The chlorine smell was very strong in the bathroom and the water. Breakfast was terrible, only nice thing was the cake they put out, the croissants in packets were horrible, didn't taste like them at all. Cereal was bad too! Not great that you have too be out of your room between 11am and 2pm especially if you are not feeling well.

Liked: This hostel, was the best that I have stayed at while traveling, the dorms (while I got a different dorm to purchased) are designed in a way that you can get to know other people while having some privacy, and comfy non bunk beds were a bonus. the breakfast was great, and as others have said the location couldn't be more perfect. I also found unlike most other places while travelling the lockers were big enough for your bag and they provided locks.

Liked: Great breakfast, reading light was fun and useful, book exchange was overflowing! good variety of services and facilities. Staff were always helpful and nice. Aperitifs were a great idea and made mingling easy.

Disliked: Was the most expensive hostel i have stayed in so far. The older gentleman that spent most of his time at reception or in the kitchen (either worked there, lived there or owned the property) needs to learn to use his inside voice! Guy gave me a headache anytime I wanted to use wifi. There was a lack of toilet/showers which made queuing common in the morning.

Liked: Fantastic value for money. It is literally 1 min from the Duomo and the hostel is spotlessly clean. Lockers (with locks provided) in every room and staff was nice and friendly. Will definitely return if I visit Florence again

Disliked: Nothing I dislike about the property but note the lack of a curfew meant that I had room mates coming in and out at all hours of the night, so was continuously woken up. Sometimes a curfew isn't a bad thing!

Liked: great staff, fun wine and snack party at 630 daily, great breakfast, cheap drinks and beer in the vending machine 1 euro for beer. good wi-fi (only in common area), guidebooks in all languages available to borrow. flawless advice

Disliked: I had to leave before trying the laundry facilities. Also missed the new friends I made there.

Liked: This was an excellent hostel!! The hostel is centrally located near the Duomo, the staff was very helpful, internet access both terminals and WIFI, and included fresh fruit for breakfast. It had a nice social area, and even includes a snack at dinnertime.

Disliked: We had a very loud snorer in our room. This is not the hostel's fault, and he checked out after the first night so we were good to go. Highly recommend this hostel!

Liked: Small hostel so not too noisy. Staff great, free nibbles and wine in evening to encourage mixing. Free wi-fi. Central location is perfect.

Disliked: Nothing - but those looking for a large communal type hostel may not like it.

Liked: I liked the location (right at the city center). The dorms themselves were also nice, not too many people in one room and you get a bit of privacy because they separated the areas with screens.

Disliked: Nothing particular that I disliked.

Liked: Well situated within the heart of Florence. Everything was walking distance and conveniently located near the metro station.

Disliked: My brother woke up after his first night there with bed bug bites all over his right leg. After the second night, both my legs were bitten.

Liked: Without question the greatest hostel i have ever been at. amazing if you are looking to meet people. i was therd 5 days and hung out with at least 25 different people. It is seconds away from the duomo and the acadamia, and walking distance to all major attractions. staff was amazing, the place was cleaned every day and was very secure. could not have asked for a better experience.

Disliked: nothing. maybe that i didnt have enough time there

Liked: this is a brilliant hostel i would recommend to everyone, its so relaxed and everyone sits and talks so you get to meet loads of new people. its clean and everyone is really helpful.

Liked: This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at, It was exceptionally clean, very new and neat and tidy, everything was wonderfully clean and tidy, the bedroom and bathroom were very bright and clean. It was a small friendly hostel, the staff were wonderful. It was situated perfectly just yards from Il Doumo on one end of the street, and The Acedamey Gallery containing Michaelangelo's David at the other end of the street. I Just could not believe our luck at how close to the attractions this hostel was. A few yards from Il Doumo, you could actually see it by looking up the street, the Pone Vechio was easily within walking distance as was the Ufiitzi and all the other great attractions. We came by train and this was just minutes walk from the train station This is easily one of the best situated, cleanest, friendliest, best located hostels I have ever stayed at Oh Yeah it was also very inexpensive at around just £20 a night Absolutely loved this place would definitely stay longer next time AAAAA top marks

Liked: This was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location right by the Duomo, clean and cool rooms with secure lockers, VERY helpful staff, and an amazing atmosphere. At 6.30 ever day the hostel put on drinks and snacks which was the perfect way to begin an evening and meet other travellers. Really great!

Disliked: Absolutely nothing - we loved it!

Liked: One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in: free linen, free towel, single and comfy beds, spacious dorms, free locker, the most clean bathrooms in Europe! The staff is extremely helpful and the location is great. I loved this place!!!
