Matt PattenThis place is amazing. Its better than pretty much every HOTEL I've ever been to. They think of any way that people could be possibly be unhappy, and find a way to fix it. They encourage social activity by giving out free food and wine in the evening, and cater for things that they don't even need to - eg providing earplugs / towels / soap etc etc! Could NOT say a bad word about these guys. |

Customer reviewIt's AMAZING. Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff and 30 seconds walk to the duomi. Comfy beds, hot showers, good breakfast, free fast internet, padlocks provided for the lockers. Amazing value for money. |

Customer reviewThe Academy is a hotel of hostels. Love the 6.30 get together make sure you do this as great way to meet new people. If the receptionist organise to go out for dinner you must go great food. |

Mark PevecThis is one of the best if not the best hostel I've ever stayed at. A great social atmosphere, in no small part due to the efforts of the great, friendly, and helpful staff who would not only recommend places but many evenings take a group of the guests out to a recommended restaurant or bar. A great location, very clean and secure, a great free breakfast (and a superb free aperitif in the early evenings with wine and snacks when I was there as well, which was a great way to meet and chat with the staff and other guests) and to top it all off a very decent price... very highly recommended (you'd be silly to stay anywhere else in Florence)! |

Daniel AitkensThe hostel is located right by the train station in a great part of the city. The facilities are of the nicest that I have seen thus far in Europe, and the services offered were equally as tremendous. The staff was a teriffic attribute to the hostel as well, and the combination of these characteristics has me already looking to book another trip to the same hostel so that I can spend more time there. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Florence. |
