Liked: at 6.30 every night they brought out food and wine to get people out of the rooms and together.. i really liked that! the internet was free, and movies were available to watch. this place had a great vibe, friendly staff and i would reccommend this place to anyone! :D

Liked: We were greeted warmly on arrival and made to feel welcome, the hostel was very clean comfortable and most of all extremely safe. The location was perfect and we could walk to all sights easily. I would recommend this hostel to everyone wanting to visit Florence.

Liked: The location is amazing! (although the directions to the hostel could have been a bit clear... once on the road of the street, if you pass a cross road you have gone too far) You can see the Duomo when you walk out the door. It is 2 min walk from the Academia, and an 8 Min walk from the Uffizi. The staff was always friendly and VERY helpful! It is the cleanest hostel I have stayed in! I loved not having bunkbeds, and having partions and a personal light. It was very safe and secure with someone always looking out and free lockers

Liked: THE BEST HOSTEL I'VE EVER BEEN IN! it didn't even feel like a hostel. very clean, friendly service, and free breakfast in the morning (with fresh fruit, muesli, croissants!) fantastic! i wish i spent more time in florence just to stay there :) DEFINITELY recommended :)

Liked: The place was really great. It's about 1/2 a block down the street from the Duomo & the Academia. It's bright, cheery and clean. The beds are very comfy. The staff is helpful and pointed me to the best gelato in Florence. :) The only down side is the floor is a little creaky, at least in my room. And the ringing to get in to the hostel instead of having a key/card. But those were minor. I enjoyed staying here.

Liked: This place is amazing. Its better than pretty much every HOTEL I've ever been to. They think of any way that people could be possibly be unhappy, and find a way to fix it. They encourage social activity by giving out free food and wine in the evening, and cater for things that they don't even need to - eg providing earplugs / towels / soap etc etc! Could NOT say a bad word about these guys.

Liked: It's AMAZING. Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff and 30 seconds walk to the duomi. Comfy beds, hot showers, good breakfast, free fast internet, padlocks provided for the lockers. Amazing value for money.

Liked: The Academy is a hotel of hostels. Love the 6.30 get together make sure you do this as great way to meet new people. If the receptionist organise to go out for dinner you must go great food.
