Liked: How close it is to the Duomo. Staff are very helpful and the breakfast was good with the fruit salad.

Liked: Amazing staff, incredible location, great shower facilities, fast internet connection!

Disliked: Nothing! I had to stay an extra night and they squeezed me in !

Liked: Fantastic location, social events in the evening and air conditioned rooms.

Disliked: Sometimes the availability of the 2 bathrooms can be tight!

Liked: Excellent location. Very close to city main attractions. Kitchen very well equipped.

Disliked: Rooms in groundfloor are a bit noisy. Try to avoid them. Not enough bathrooms, specially at the evening when everybody arrives.

Liked: Really great, very friendly.

Disliked: It was a little more expensive than the other hostel where we stayed in florence, but it was very nice.

Liked: Warm and welcoming staff, helpful with suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. Helped me to avoid the tourist traps as much as possible in such a tourist-oriented environment.

Disliked: Ran out of hot water in the shower once, but didn't freeze.

Liked: This is the W of hostels. The atmosphere is youthful and fun. You can eat off the bathroom floors, that's how clean it is. lockers for your things. computer terminals for you to check emails and things. There's breakfast in the morning and snacks around 630pm. It's a minute away from the cathedral and St. John's Baptistry.

Disliked: It can get a little noisy if there's a group of people chatting in the lounge area at night but there are signs that ask people to be respectful and keep their volume down.

Liked: extremely clean, rooms were spacious and the lockers were big and didn't cost..

Disliked: There was a lockout period around 11am and 2pm for cleaning, so you couldn't be in the hostel during those times, but i guess the cleanliness was worth it!

Liked: Very clean Spacious dorm rooms with very large lockers and no bunk beds Unbeatable location Very friendly and helpful staff Lots of free information leaflets always available Free wifi All in all, easily the best accommodation i've ever stayed in. I'd recommend to anyone, and should I ever go back to Florence i will be staying there again.

Disliked: Hot water is sometimes unreliable and could perhaps do with one more bathroom as you often have to wait at peak time when everyone is getting up. Other than that - nothing.

Liked: Excellent hostel, amazing location, very clean, good wifi and computers, staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations. Good place to meet other travelers, quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Free breakfast in the morning. Free snacks, including wine, around 18:30.

Disliked: Had trouble getting hot water for showers, but that may have been temporary.

Liked: Step out the front door. Turn 90 degrees right. There's the Duomo about 300 yards away. Staff are very helpful and there's a relaxed atmosphere. And for a city centre place, it's so quiet.

Disliked: Nothing at all.

Liked: My stay was flawless. The people were great, the free breakfasts, drinks, and snacks were lovely, and the place was beautiful—there's a charming terrace that overlooks the courtyard that's perfect for a lazy Sunday breakfast.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: First of all, this hostel is in an amazing location. If you step outside the hostel, you are literally right in front of the Duomo! Secondly, the hostel offers its guests free wifi, free computer use, a kitchen, free breakfast, free happy hour drinks and hors d'oeuvres, portable bedside reading lamps, and actual locks for their lockers. Finally, the staff there is amazing. They not only take extreme pride in keeping their guests happy and the hostel clean, but they actually go above and beyond the call of duty by taking their guests out for dinner and drinks to amazing places only locals would ever be able to find. Hands down one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Rosa rocks!!

Liked: The staff was very helpful. It was clean and not very noisy at all for a hostel. The location is amazing! Being right next to the Duomo is ideal in a city like Florence because you can always find your way back to that area.

Disliked: I didn't like that the doors to the room didn't lock. Maybe it's just because I've never been in a hostel that didn't have room locks but it made me a little uneasy at first.

Liked: the room was neat and clean. the location is good coz it is just in front of the Duomo, kinda far from the station, though.

Disliked: wifi was unaccessible in the room.

Disliked: the 11-14.00 cleaning time was kind of discomforting, but totally worth it!

Liked: Best thing was the extra touches - evening aperitif, towels provided, large lockers, tasty breakfast spread, friendly staff. Plus great location on doorstep of Duomo in a beautiful building with really clean rooms and facilities.

Disliked: Need to vacate hostel between 11-2pm each day for cleaning but this did not impact me as was out sightseeing anyway.

Liked: This Hostel is really great! Everybody that works there are so helpful and friendly, specially Romina. The location is really special. If you go to Florence stay there!

Liked: The hostel had an amazing environment.. the second i walked through the door i made friends and i had the most incredible time. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and the hostel itself was always so clean. I also enjoyed the snacks every night as it gave people in the hostel the opportunity to all come together so you were constantly able to meet people. I really liked this hostel and i highly recommend it!

Disliked: There was only one problem that really frustrated me. The hot water when having a shower would take at least 5 minutes to heat up and one day it wouldn't heat up so i had to have a freezing cold shower in winter! It wasn't fun. Other than that everything was great.

Liked: Everything! Great staff, great location you can see the Duomo from the entrance! It's in walking distance to pretty much everything. Incredibly clean and there's always someone at the desk 24/7.

Disliked: nothing!!

Liked: It was a great experience and nice to be so close, trust that all our stuff was safe and to have a clean place to return for the night. The staff was also incredible helpful.

Disliked: It seems just a little pricey but I think it was worth it.
