Liked: Great hostel!! Super close to the Duomo and Accademia and about 10 min walk from train station, but once you're inside, it doesn't feel like you're in the center of the city. Great price - internet included, guidebooks available for you to look at, decent breakfast. They want you out of the hostel between 11-3 or something like that, but we came back to our room to drop some things off and that was fine. The give you towels, a nightlight, and a lock for your own locker. I would definitely come back here to stay!!

Disliked: Just that you had to be out of your room in the afternoon - but this was fine because they did a great job of cleaning.

Liked: Excellent location, clean, relaxed atmosphere.

Disliked: Very expensive for our private room. Airconditioner did not work properly and leaked water. Having to be out between 11am and 2pm is annoying if you are out at night and want to sleep in or are trying to escape the heat in the middle of the day.

Liked: All round good one ! Staff speak a bunch of languages, free access to computers, put on good food in the evening and breakfast (better than alot of the restaurants), private rooms, multiple bathrooms to share, good location, nice atmosphere.

Liked: Wonderful staff, great other guests, beautiful hostel in a great location.

Disliked: The guests tend to be a bit more of the party type - not really my crowd, but I made friends regardless.

Liked: Best hostel we have ever stayed at! We had a private room that was larger than most hotel suites, everything was spotlessly clean, free wifi, free computers, free breakfast, free local snacks every night at 630 (could make it your dinner!) amazing location - in a beautiful old building 200m from the duomo. And it was really quiet, maybe it was just the room we were in, but I didn't here a single sound from the rest of the hostel!

Disliked: I liked everything!

Liked: Fabulous central location - walk out the door and around the corner and everything is there! Free wifi internet access, spotless bathrooms, cozy atmosphere, great breakfasts and a well-stocked vending machine with snacks, wine and beer to get you through to meal times. Helpful staff on duty 24/7 to help you with info, change lightglobes etc

Disliked: Lock on our room was broken at the time we stayed there - but suitcase lockers were provided, so no biggie. The washing machine didn't clean clothes particularly well - whites come out looking a bit sad and grey.

Liked: EVERYTHING. THE BEST hostel that I have stayed in, ever, bar none. If you are a backpacker coming to Florence, or a backpacker looking for a place in Tuscany to stay, stop looking and reserve it. GREAT free breakfast. Free wine and appies at 6:30pm. Free nasal spray (for snorers) and earplugs (for the sufferers of the snorers.) Laundry for 6euro all told. Free candies. Free wifi which, although they claimed it would work only in the common room, worked just fine in my room. Four computers for free internet/skype access anytime you wanted. Big plasma TV for movies in common area. Smaller plasma TV in dining room for PS2. GREAT kitchen. Closed 11am-2pm for cleaning but they are somewhat flexible. Best customer service in ANY HOTEL OR HOSTEL that I've ever been in. Absolutely wonderfully amazing.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Liked: One of the best hostels I've been at, for its location, cleanliness and infrastructure. The staff is extremely helpful, there is even a happy hour everyday so you can meet other people. It's a WOW hostel for sure!

Liked: The location is amazing, between the Duomo and the Academy (David of Michaelangelo). It gives you breakfast and a little snack at 6.

Disliked: The air conditioned was set at 19 degrees, so instead of being helpful made everyone cold in the night. They say they cannot change it due to official regulations.. My bed was in the middle of a corridor which was uncomfortable because everyone had to cross while I was sleeping. They do not accept credit cards, even though they say they do. I witnessed how two persons had reservations which were not respected.

Liked: I really loved this hostel, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice as well. The free internet access and use of computers was great, and the complimentary pasta and wine every night was fun!

Disliked: There really wasnt anything that I disliked about this hostel, it was probably the best that I stayed at this summer.

Disliked: Bathrooms could have been cleaned more regularly, as after a few showers the floor was a tad slippery.

Liked: Fantastic location!!! Extremely clean and staff are really friendly :) Definitely one of the best hostels I have stayed in anywhere in the world- thanks crew!!!!

Disliked: I would prefer if we didnt have to be out for 3 hours in the middle of the day but the staff let you chill out on the terrace so its really not a big deal.

Liked: The room is spacious and clean, and the location is absulutely amazing! (only 30m from the Duomo) The individual locker really helped.

Disliked: Not really but we can't stay or enter the building from 11am to 2pm due to the cleaning.
