Liked: everything, the hostel is really situed in the center of florence. From my window I could see the Duomo!!!

Liked: The location is excellent, the staff were incredibly nice and extremely helpful, especially Salvatore - very clean place, if a little sterile/clinical looking. nice breakfasts. lots of storage space and hangers in the lockers! real bonus.

Liked: Clean, nice, friendly staffs, unlimited free internet, generous breakfast. I have no complaint except wishing that more plug-ins would be provided in the room for us to charge batteries.

Liked: It was exceptionally clean, the staff was amazingly helpful and all had such character - I stayed in a 6 bed room, but even so it had two floors, all beds equipped with a chair, small side desk, and personal wooden, nice lockers. Nothing in the entire hostel was ever dirty, and the lounge area is inviting with a large screen TV, internet, and even a patio! I loved the hostel and it is half the reason I am considering going back - the location was amazing, literally just down the street from the Duomo and you can see the side from the front door of the hostel. They even put citronella in the rooms to ward off mosquitos and all the towels and bathrooms were super clean!

Liked: This Hostel has a new member of staff working on the night shift who is downright rude. Pity, because apart from that, it's a very nice hostel.

Liked: It was very centrally located, it was very clean and modern, had very nice lockers for which they provided locks, very well organised, and people who worked there also organised pub crawls. What else could one ask for?
