Liked: Almost everything is good,including the stuff,the room,the facilities,the location and the service...It is the most comfortable hostel I have ever met in Italy.

Liked: Excellent hostel, the best I ever stayed in. At teh center of everything and very, very well managed and accommodating to the guests. What a wonderful surprise. Thank you!!! Hard to leave it.

Liked: The people are incredibly friendly & go above & beyond. One of the reception guys who was on night duty put my laundry into the dryer so I could go to sleep! Fab location & friendly people stay here. Totally top marks!

Liked: Excellent hostel, everything new in the rooms, including personal lamps, only 24 people in the hostel so it is very quiet and comfortable. I was in a 4 people room but 2 were downstairs and 2 upstairs so it was like a double room. The only thing was that as I was upstairs I couldn´t climb with my heavy luggage !! :( Great location, near the Duomo and Acadaemia Gallery. High quality hostel, the place worth the prize.

Liked: I really like the atmosphere and it has a great location, it is a little expensive for being a dorm hostel, but overall, I think the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms make up for it.

Liked: This hostel was absolutely fantastic. The quality was more like a hotel than a hostel. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and with a locker in your room, I always felt my belongings were safe. The staff were really helpful and friendly and although I only stayed 1 night, if I were staying longer, it would have been a great place to meet other travellers - it had a great atmosphere. Also in a fantastic central location on a road off the Duomo so perfect for sightseeing.

Liked: its in a really good location.. just next to the duomo! and the rooms are big.. i think is a nice hostel.. altough in the night the door is close and u cant go out.. but is for security i think..

Liked: Friendliness and relaxed feeling. Atmosphere is very nice, plus they have a few services they don't mention in their adverts - small kitchen with fridge and microwave, vending machines and a couple of washing machines.

Liked: The location is great and the staff are very helpful. I was traveling with an elderly relative and she had a lift available to her plus the accommodations were spotless.It was also the best continental breakfast we had had since arriving in Europe!

Liked: excellent facilities, especially things like no bunk beds, bedside lockers, reading lights. extremely clean hostel and excellent location. oh and free internet. really enjoyed this hostel.
