Liked: Where do I start? This is the best hostel I stayed at during a Round The World year of travel. The filter coffee and fresh orange juice in the included breakfast, the rechargeable bedside lamps, the room dividers giving a sense of privacy, the free internet (computers and wireless), the library of travel reference books, the flat screen TV with Sky, the immaculate bathrooms, the super friendly staff, the Duomo a few paces away, etc, etc, etc! It's not the cheapest but why should it be when it's this good!

Liked: The location of this hostel was fantastic, really central.The staff on Reception were very friendly, and recommended us a great restaurant when we arrived late in Florence.We had a beautiful twin room, perfect for me and mum, and there was plenty of breakfast and fresh coffee, served from 7-11am!!

Liked: All staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Comfortable rooms. Decent sized bathrooms. The only problem was with the communal area where I did not think the seats were particularly comfy, also there wasn't a proper place to sit and have breakfast (high stools do not count).

Liked: 1 - so well situated ... right beside the Dome2 - so clean and nicely presented ... not even a year old 3 - the staff is amazing ... always ready to help with a smile !4- nice rooms, nice chilling area, free internet, free breakfast ...5- prinvate lockers in every room Best hostel I've ever been to ... and I've seen a lot !
