Liked: It is a very well located place. It is safe and clean. It is quite and cosy.

Disliked: I dislike the fact that they close the hostel from 10 am to 2 pm for cleaning.

Liked: This is an awesome place, especially for students, to stay temporarily while looking for a flat. The receptionist is very helpful. And the breakfast is really good, for only 2.50 euro.

Disliked: Rommel left no negative feedback.

Liked: Awesome location, not just close to old town, it is in it! We booked a double and they gave us a quad room so we had LOTS of space!!! Very nice building, secure. Great place to stay in Florence.

Disliked: my towel smelled a little, was obviously an old towel.

Liked: Staff was helpful. But you should get a private room it's worth it.

Disliked: Wireless was ok at first and then couldn't connect way before they turned it off.

Liked: The room was quite spacious and the staff were friendly.

Disliked: Ummm.. Not that important, however, they said that the bookingw as cancelled as the card details couldn't have been verified. They informed us 2 days before the stay and it was quite shocking. Everythibng was sorted out at the end, but I believe they should have notified us in prior and obviously no one can share the credit card details via email.

Liked: The location is very convenient and the staff very accommodating.

Disliked: The heating is centralized, so even though the room felt cold we couldn't do anything about it, and while there is heat in the room the bathroom is not heated.

Liked: The location was amazing so close to Old Town and within short walk to the cathedral. Pretty good facility for the price.

Disliked: It seems there is only one bathroom (at least if you opt for the shared bathroom room) shared among other travellers and there is a policy for 10 minutes bathroom use only.

Liked: Great location and excellent room.

Disliked: The internet wifi must be improved. It should also be turned on 24 hours. The staff shut it off at midnight.

Liked: Lovely rooms, great staff and nice living room to hang out. The location was right next to Uffizi which helps for someone who will go there to queue early to enter.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Very clean, comfortable and peaceful hostel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were excellent. Best location in Florence and not too much noise off the street.

Disliked: No kitchen facilities or breakfast provided so you will need to keep that into consideration if budgeting. Internet dropped out a few times but not too difficult to get it working again. No communal area.

Liked: open airy room. small hostel meant that the shared bathrooms were not too busy. Location was superb although being so close to the action meant loud street sweepers early in the morning.

Disliked: kitchen was being renovated when we were there so couldn't be accessed. there was no real communal area to sit and have a chat.

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff. A great place to stay.

Disliked: No bar, or real common room so can be a little difficult to meet people if you are travelling alone. But a great place to stay.

Liked: Excellent location! Right in the heart of Florence. No A/C, but the room had a fan, which was fine. For 5 Euro they will do your laundry!! (wash and hang dry). This was an amazing, and needed, service for us. The common bathrooms are kept very clean. There is wifi and a computer available for use (free).

Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Very friendly and helpfull staff and very good location. The hostel is in the center and you can do everything by foot. The breakfast for only 2.50 euro is good.

Liked: Amazing location. 15 min walk to train station. Smack in between Uffizi, Academia, Duomo, and Pitti Palace. They cooked you an American style breakfast with a ham sandwich and omelets every morning! (for 2.50 Euro), although the breakfast did end early (9:30am). Individual shower Staff was very nice - cooked me breakfast even when I was late, and lent me an extra towel for free.

Disliked: Kicked you out every day between 10am and 2pm; they also turned off wifi then. Insanely slow computer.
