Liked: It wasn't really a hostel, but it had a great location and was extremely clean. The staff was extremely helpful and it was a good value (considering I was staying in Italy near Easter). I would definitely recommend this place for a couple staying in Florence.

Liked: Great hostel, really nice staff. Very fast Wifi, clean rooms and fantastic showers! In a great location in Florence, not far from the station and easy to get to. No kitchen or breakfast, probably the only downfall - but they are getting one in the next few weeks (we stayed on the 31st March 2010) and will be providing breakfast then.

Liked: Good value for money, makes up for the slightly less-optimal location (I like accomodations in central or at least closer to train/transport center).Room lighting can be increased - I had to strain towards the lamps for night reading.TV reception is poor.Friendly & helpful staff.All in all, would still recommend based on location vs value for money.

Liked: I loved staying at travelers house. Everyone was very friendly.Location was awesome. I would go back to Florence just for this hostel.

Liked: The people were great, and very helpful with our plethora of questions. Location was also perfect--less than 5 minute walk from the train station, and very safe environment. Along with being very clean and cozy, they had free internet in the rooms! Also, they cater to the customer...she made us an American breakfast for only 2 euro. What more could you ask for?

Liked: The Staff made this stay extreamly enjoyable, espically Francesco who welcomed us by showing us many places to go and and easy ways to get around the city. We also dined at two of the restaurants he recommended and were very pleased.

Liked: The staff spoke excellent English, and on arrival, gave us a map and made suggestions about things to do. The hostel is very small, but we still met a few people. The location is excellent, about a 5 minute walk from the train station, and close to the main attractions and many restaurants, pizzerias, and gelaterias. There is also a laundromat and supermarket almost next door.

Liked: the thing or actually, the person, that i liked the most was the wonderful girl named Magdalena. She made my stay worthwile because of her friendlyness. Really nice hostel, good service and great espresso. located in the center and clean. Good value for money. Enjoy your stay and thank yopu magdalena!

Liked: The place was very clean, the girl on reception was very pleasent and helpfull. I could leave my luggage in reception on my day of departure. The location was perfect, and the breakfast wasnt bad either! Staying here made our time in florence wonderful!

Liked: It did nearly everything it had to offer and the staff was very friendly and more than helpful. Location is fantastic

Liked: Location was very good. Rooms were clean and free breakfast was also good (except no breakfast on Sunday). Same comment that the lock-out was a bit annoying when you wanted to go back to ur room and crash. Overall would recommended it!

Liked: This was a good hostel, we stayed in a double with ensuite and had a clean shower room, floor etc. The bed was quite big and the staff are really nice and helpful!The only slight negative is that you get locked out from 10am - 2pm whcih was a bit of a pain when we wanted a lie-in!! But they werent too strict on it, we left at 10.30 on one morning!Definately reccomend!!

Liked: This place is very clean. Probably the most clean youth hostel I ever stayed. The staffs are really nice and helpful. The location is near the new market and the sight seeing places are only 5-10 minutes in walk. Supermarket and not expensive restaurants are just downstairs.
