Liked: this place is a beautiful little bed and breakfast type atmosphere. we stayed in a 4 person private room with our own bathroom. the room was HUGEEEE with lovely tall windows, high ceilings, and lotsssss of space. we wished we could have stayed here all 4 nights. beautiful, beautiful, beautiful little place. highly recommend it!!

Liked: This hostel is fine if you do not have a problem with sharing a room with the opposite sex. I came from an all female hostel and was hoping for an all female room which apparently does not exist here. You can imagine my surprise when I saw a 50 plus year old man stip down to his boxers before getting into bed. The location is great and the staff friendly (two men). They even did my laundry. I thought the fact that there are only two private bathrooms (only one with a shower) would be a problem but so far it has not been.

Liked: Right in the centre of Florence, in a gorgeous little old hotel that looks way too nice to be a hostel, cheap breakfast, free internet, cosy little sitting room in the front to sit and meet people and best of all this place has the most helpful, sincere and friendly owners and staff I have ever met. I would recommend this hostel to anyone!The only downside is there is only one or two showers, so make sure you shower at night bc the line up in the morning can be long!

Liked: It was a good place to stay in Florence. Not in downtown and a bit of a walk from the main tourist areas but the location was quiet and safe. Lots of neighborhood restaurants/cafes. Very friendly staff at the hostel

Liked: Location, location, location! Safe and clean hostel right in the middle of Florence. Very freindly staff however there limited shower facilities.

Liked: When we first arrived, the girl at the front desk cheerfully greeted us. The hostel area and toilets are 24 hours clean. It is located in the central, 2 minutes walk to Uffizi Gallery, many cheap and good places to eat. Easy access to many tourist attractions. The girl and the guy who work there are both very friendly and helpful. My best experience staying in a hostel in Italy!

Liked: The couple who run the hostel are lovely. More a budget hotel than a hostel. Great for couples not wanting to spend too much in accommodation.

Liked: very clean, in the city center, very friendly and helpful staff, free wifi. called hotel ...Something else on the sign outside, but look for the buzzer for Florence Youth Hostel. Great place, would recommend it.

Liked: The hotel was very clean, the rooms were big and comfortable, the location was ideal and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Liked: the location is great!! and the staff was very friendly! The place was very clean and nicely renovated. The lock out between 10-2 in the morning kind of stinks but it was an overall great place!

Liked: Large spacious rooms (we had 5 girls in a 5 bed room with our own bathroom which was perfect!) and pretty quiet considering we were right in the middle of Florence! Excellent location to everything you'd want to see in Florence! Highly recommend!! We also did Florencetown's Chianti 1 day bike tour which met 2 blocks away and was a great day bike tour of the Tuscan hills!!
