Katarina GecovaI almost missed my plane but one of the staff member, Francesco took me and my case by scooter and we arrived to the airport so quick. I was a little worry but everything finished good, thanks to him. Anyway great place and great staff. Stay there. |

I found the staff very helpful at this hostel, especially Magdalena, always with smile, always ready to answer every question, very good advice about Florence. I'm traveling alone so I really appreciate every help and sugestions. Grazie! |

Customer reviewVery nice small hostel in excellent location, close to everything and we did not even know there were other people staying in the hostel because it was so quiet (which may be a downfall for some, but I loved it!). The room and bathrooms are soo clean (shower with good pressure), great bed linen and very good mattress as well.The only down was that the walls are so thin,you can hear almost everything Hosts are really nice, always with smile. Good help in planning side trips from Florence and in local sight-seeing! Because of the breakfast I decided to stay one more night :) Is delicious...everything what you need, even fuit salad! Franchesco even did a laundry for me. Just one word: GREAT! |

Linsay MeredithCan't really complain too much about this place;) the location is great, very close to the train station, exactly in the centre but from the room you can't hear any noise from the street, because the windows are on the backyard. The room could be bigger but the positive side it was very very clean and we had a small balcony as well :) the staff is fabulous, ready to help you any time...recomendation for the restaurants: 10 points! Breakfast is a legend, by far the best I have ever had in Italy, and is FOR FREE! the only bad thing is that is just 1 hour from 8.30 until 9.30...if you like sleep until midday is not really right place for you ;) I highly recommend staying here. |

Connie Krissie TamThe Staff are Great! It's really good to have wifi in the room. Also, the breakfast is GREAT! we had fruit salad, hot sandwich with scramble egg and bacon, and also tea and juice! Air conditioning in each room, and good location. I really love this hostel! |

Customer reviewPlace is in a great location - easy to get to from the station as well as close to the Duomo. Breakfast was provided though not advertised. And it was good breakfast, too. Francesco is a good guy and was very helpful. |

Customer reviewGreat value for money, great location, clean accommodation and friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit in our room appeared to be broken and at the time we couldn't find any staff. It was a fairly warm night (end of May) and with the window being into the courtyard there was no breeze. Wouldn't be much fun in the height of summer! But all in all, a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend! |
