Liked: everything, everything, everything, perfect place to spend a few days in Florence. Rooms are so clean, staff is so nice and know everything about this city and location is unbeatable

Liked: I love the location is not even a minute from the most famous places, and I love breakfast, it was amazing, plenty of food, fruits and cakes. Magdalena and Chami they so lovely people. Ask Magdalen about the best and the cheapest "tratoria". I would recommend 100% this hostel.

Liked: Fantastic,the staff were GREAT.They helped us to book anight in another hostel as our mobile didn't get through.Lovely and central,right in the heart of Florence.Would definitely stay again.

Liked: The room was by far the nicest we stayed in on our trip, more like a hotel than a hostel. Not really any facilities, but right in the centre of town and the rooms more than made up for it.

Liked: This hostel was generally good, and in a great location. My only gripe was that our room was right next to the kitchen and a common room, and the staff did not seem to make any effort to keep their noise down late at night. WE were kept awake both nights by the staff cooking and chatting away.

Disliked: Apart from the above, nothing, it was pretty good.

Liked: Really central but a bit hard to find but fantastic location. The man is charge is fantastic and really helpful. Enabled us to park for free and not have to just use local carparks with his useful knowledge and advice!!

Liked: Very central! 2mn walk from Duomo . Very clean buidling, helpful staff.

Disliked: The lock out from 10.30 to 14.30 for cleaning, meaning you have to be out of the buidling during this time.

Liked: really helpful staff- told us where to eat and drink, great location, fantastic cleaners, fridge, comfy beds, cooked pasta for everyone.

Liked: The location makes getting around the old town easy.

Disliked: We had to change rooms after 2 nights. The first room we were in faced a courtyard and had no air flow or fans at all so was too hot to get a good sleep. After moving rooms though we had a room facing the street with a ceiling fan which was much more pleasant. Also having to vacate between 10:30 and 2:00 was annoying at times when you just wanted to chill out.
