Liked: really nice hostel! friendly and helpful staff and always cleaning! I had a really comfortable stay.

Liked: It was very beautiful, an amazing an convient location, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: It was kinda cold, especially the first night because the heater was broken but the staff was helpful and fixed it the next day. Still relatively cold in the room but much warmer than the first night.

Liked: This Hostel is AMAZING! The location simply can't get any better, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was a great deal! It was also very clean and we felt very safe! If you're looking for a hostel in Florence - THIS IS IT! :)

Liked: The hostel has an excellent location, every touristic point is really near. It is a very nice, clean and cozy place. It was an excellent choice! Highly recommended!

Liked: -la localisation de l' hostel au coeur de la ville: tout pres de la place du dome et seulement a 10-15min a pied de la gare centrale de Florence-la gentillesse des proprio Francesco et Magda : il m'ont vraiment bien conseille sur les meilleurs endroits a visiter et les bons endroits ou manger. A chaque fois ils ont vise juste. Accueil superbe de leur part. Merci-le cadre et l' amenagement /decoration de l' hostel qui fait penser que l'on est dans l'appartement particulier que dans un hostel. tres sympa-un bon petit dej pour 2,50e

Disliked: -pas pratique: deux wc seulement dont un avec l unique douche pour 3 dortoirs de 4pers, mais c est plus un detail -pas de possibilite d'utiliser la cuisine

Liked: Great location in the heart of the city, very close to major attractions, not far from central train station (and they, for a change when it comes to Italian hostels, give good directions on the site). Breakfast is a great value at 2.50 for scrambled eggs, toast, cereal, fruit etc. The rooms are good sizes, the beds are comfortable, and it's a cool and laid back vibe.

Disliked: Do note that you are right in the heart of the city and therefore if your room overlooks the street be prepared for drunken idiots yelling and singing at 1 am on a Wednesday. Also, please get more room keys. Having just one per room is kind of inconvenient and makes me slightly uneasy about leaving my belongings in the room without locking them up, again, in my own bag.

Liked: Magdalena & Francesco are very nice and so friendly. They helped us out with parking, brought our luggage to the hostel on the first floor, told us very useful information about Florence. Furthermore, we brought one notebook by ourselves, so that we could surf internet conveniently for hours, because they offered access point to its wireless LAN as well. Great job and great breakfast.

Disliked: no elevator, but they helped us a lot

Liked: It was in such a great location.. loved it!! it's only about a 10min walk to the train station and if you don't want to walk there is a bus right outside the hostel that will take you there for free. There are some awesome gelati shops and restaurants very close by. The hostel was older but it was good cause it felt like i was at home :) The rooms were massive and the beds were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and always accommodating.

Liked: Good wireless connection, staff, were even willing to make breakfast early to accommodate us who were leaving early.

Disliked: I could leave the luggage only until 8pm, but it was still ok for me

Liked: A nice small but comfortable hostel which was very welcoming, small enough to have a "family" atmosphere- an excellent place to stay for good sleep and to enjoy the city sights due to its location. I'm totally satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Magdalena and Francesco are lovely. Just make sure you book ahead!

Liked: It was very well situated, only a few steps from piazza dela Signoria, in the heart of he historic center of Firenze!It was very clean, and the staff very helpfull! The breakfast was a 5 star meal, it made me feel at home!
