Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, happy to help too. Beds were very comfy, all facilites were clean. Breakfast was on offer and good value for money. Location could not have been better. Brilliant really!

Disliked: They could have done with an extra shower

Liked: The people working there were fantastic, really make you feel at home.

Disliked: A bit difficult to find given that there are two number 4 in the same street.

Liked: The location is unbeatable. It is one block away from the Ufizzi and the center of Florence.

Disliked: It was a little hard to find from the street but that is only because there is no tacky and giant neon hostel sign. This place is so great. Stay here.

Liked: It was in a great location, right in the centre of everything. The staff were really friendly and gave great advice whenever we had questions. It was really clean, not noisy and no problems with the room (which was huge!).

Disliked: I didn't like the breakfast, although at €2.50 it isn't expensive.

Liked: Great staff! The location was amazing, we were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast was lovely. We had all the keys so we could come and go as we pleased. We had a private room which was very comfortable. It was a very nice arrangement - hostel prices for a hotel room. I would definitely stay here again next time!

Disliked: Wifi didn't reach my room so I had to sit in the lobby to use it. Also our private bathroom was next door to our room, no trouble for us but it might bother others.

Liked: This is a wonderful little hostel, the staff were great and gave us everything that we wanted. We had a private room which was really spacious and the beds were made everyday. The shower was hot and powerful, there were towels and also shower gel and a skin in the bedroom. Overall, it was one of the best hostels i have stayed in and i have travelled all over asia, australsia and Europe. Well Done.

Liked: Fine hostel on ideal location for the lovers of the Old Florence's art and restaurants. Problems with heating but the friendly hotel personel did their best to fix this matter.

Disliked: Minor complaint: the extra blankets were very dusty!

Liked: Beds were done up every day, and the shower was very close. Staff was very friendly and helpful about giving advice and telling you about what to see.

Disliked: Only one shower on the floor.

Liked: Great place to stay. The best value for money. Offers FREE internet! Pleasantly surprised with the quality of breakfast, first time we were offered eggs and bacon in weeks! Great location and extremely clean. Staff was amazingly helpful with advice on places to visit and directions to get to each destination.

Liked: Great location, great facilities, really good breakfast for 2.50euros.

Disliked: very noisy location. from our room we could hear people on the street all night. also, no reception until 8am, and so we lost our deposit as we had a train to catch.

Disliked: one bed in the triple didn't have sheets on it but this was resolved as soon as we mentioned it.

Liked: There was a sink and lockers in the room, breakfast was not extravegant but there was toast provided. The location was great, although in a bit of a seedy area, just a few minutes' walk from everything that matters.

Disliked: You couldn't control the heat in your room; the owners had to use a remote to turn it on. We had guys from reception barging in on us (a room full of girls) at all hours checking to see if the heat was okay; once when nearly everyone was sleeping. The owners were brusque and not very friendly, although that may just be Italians in general.
