Liked: This is a great place to stay. Offers FREE internet! Pleasantly surprised with the quality of breakfast- First time we were offered eggs and bacon in weeks! Great location for all travellers and extremely clean. Staff was amazingly helpful with advice on places to visit and directions to get to each destination.

Liked: Although street numbers are a bit confused in Florence, once you find this hostel you've found a great place from which to explore a beautiful and welcoming city. Furnishings and views are not flashy, but warm intelligent staff, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, free wifi, and a city that contains phenomenal sights, great night life and this location is doors away or across the street from great shopping, eating, just about anything you could want. Realistically, for the money you could not do better. Of course, if the hot water got hot faster that would be nice, but it's just a matter of time before it does warm up. More bathrooms would be ideal, but the consideration of others and prompt responses from staff make all the little things flow smoothly. communal fridge and eating/checkin space ensure positive meetings with others.

Liked: Perfect location. Lively neighborhood. The restaurant across the street has great beer and is lots of fun. The staff was unbeatable. So sweet and helpful.

Liked: Great location - central but not noisy. Sheets were changed daily and bathrooms were always kept clean. Possibly could have done with an extra shower/toilet room but generally it wasn't a problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke good english. Breakfast was good. Our room had good air con, its own computer and internet between just four of us (which was free) and wireless was free too.Only problem we had was that we had a car, which had to be parked in a nearby garage for 23 EUR a night (this is not a fault of the hostel, just something to bear in mind)

Liked: Great place, 5-10 mins walk from train station, 10 mins walk to Uffizi gallery and other attractions. REALLY helpful staff, free breakfast, free internet and washing was done for us!!! loads of helpful hints and suggestions on the walls and from staff. REally friendly and welcoming feel about the place.

Liked: The scrambled eggs and Ham and cheese sandwich for free for breakfast was AWESOME! The staff was warm and kind.... I enjoyed my stay. The only odd part was having to be locked out of my room during the day, I have never experienced a lockout and find that to be inconvenient. Otherwise thank you for the time!

Liked: the hostel is not so big so for me was like home away home, great staff, very polite and helpful, good location, it is also so clean. Breakfast was amazing, free internet!

Liked: Very near the train station they are not lying about this! Great to be able to crash nap when arriving from different destination. Staff very friendly. Breakfast not to my taste but I'm a very fussy eater so that wouldnt be an issue for most. Great value for money.

Liked: we were moved to another location when we arrived, but someone came to collect us and take us there so it wasn´t really a problem. the rooms very simply finished but both that and the shared bathrooms were clean. the breakfast was particularly nice.

Liked: This was a great hostel! We loved the location, the people, and the place! It only took minutes to walk to all of the important places. Another great part was the very friendly staff, they were amazing. And the breakfast wasnt bad either! Staying here made our time in florence wonderful!
