Liked: Instalações e Localização

Disliked: Ao chegarmos com reserva feita, simplesmente nos disseram que não tinham quartos, nos ofereceram um buraco do lado da balada, pra dormir de graça, como era por 1 dia aceitamos. ABSURDO! Pra completar tivemos um problema com o taxi que nos levaria ate a estação de trem, pedimos um carro grande e veio um pequeno, tivemos que quase chegar ás vias de fato com o taxista pro staff vir resolver o problema, ja que o mesmo queria receber uma compensação pelo deslocamento

Liked: Excellent value for money, well maintained facilities, very very convenient location, nice and helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Everything! A definate A -PLUS! I wouldn't have ask for more. 1. The PLUS GIRL is wonderful. A set of vanity toileties and a puffy towel. Everyday, the room is being mop. The floors are so clean that you can actually sit on it with ease. white and clean unlike other hostel whose towels are shabby and brown. 2. The Mini Library in the lobby. 3. The Vending machine where you can get some drinks or snacks, 4. The 24 hour reception and well-manned travel information eg where- about attraction with the mode of transportation, Florence city maps, Florence newspapers. Staff are very helpful, courteous and informative.

Disliked: Have not thought about it. Can't think of ANY.

Liked: Close to the station (10 minute walk)

Disliked: Check-in time is rather late......but it is not such a bad factor as long as there is free baggage storage and a rest room for one to freshen up.

Liked: The rooms were a great size. The facilities were very good. Staff helpful.

Disliked: unfortunately not a good place for families. We were on the ground flor and the pub continues on until all hours so sleep was difficult. I don't know what time the bar closes but I know it is still pumping away at 2.30 am and when people do go to bed it is followed by people shouting in halls and banging on doors. Would have loved it when I was younger!

Liked: Great location, helpful staff, nice large and clean rooms!

Disliked: Too much of a party atmosphere for me, but if that's what you like then you'll enjoy it here! Noise goes on until quite late at night. Nothing a decent pair of ear plugs can't solve though.

Liked: Clean, safe, good location.

Disliked: I'd rather breakfast or free computers than a sauna and gym. And the staff were helpful, but just 'doing their job' - not very friendly at all. It's less of a hostel and more of a dorm hotel, since it doesn't offer any of the conventional hostel things, and isn't as cheap as some.

Liked: Good location, easy to find, just up the road from the station and next to a really nice park.

Disliked: Bed had some sort of bug in (bedbug/fleas/etc) and I ended up really badly bitten. The room was really dirty throughout the stay, not sure it was cleaned. The hostel has so many extra expenses, drinks, food, computers all very expensive if you want to use them. Not very sociable for solo or small group travelers, definitely a large group hostel.

Liked: the rooms were very comfortable, large lockers in rooms, staff were helpful, was able to reach all sights I wanted to see on foot, lots of places to eat nearby, close to train station!

Disliked: computer use was expensive, hairdryer in room was broken

Liked: Great location. Very easy to get every where. Free use of the pool. Clean rooms and nice bathrooms. Good bar too.

Disliked: Buffet breakfast was not worth it.

Liked: the dorm locker, swimming pool, sauna, bath room and toilet

Disliked: Staffs are doing what that suppose to do, if you ask something not related to their job, they will ask you to check yourself. Room 214 got mosquitoes and very annoying when i sleeping

Liked: The property itself is really nice. Just like a hotel converted into a hostel. It has lots of amenities

Disliked: First, some things cost excessive amounts (3.50 euros for a hand towel for example). Also, the atmosphere isn't...super warm or inviting. The staff seem more like "this is my job" than "welcome to our hostel!"

Liked: hostel is very close to train station, not far to the city center, readings lamps are a great idea!

Disliked: no selfcatering kitchen and no room to sit and eat own food(in the own restaurant is was forbidden of course ), before the marathon I wanted to eat early breakfast and I was told, to go to the open terrace,. Not very appealing 6am in November. No other common room to meet people. Only few of the receptionist were friendly and willing to help/find out information.

Liked: Very professional, hotel quality but with the nice community of a hostel. I would strongly recommend the girls only floor to women traveling alone, I get nervous about that but I was very comfortable here. The restaurant was also very good for dinner.

Disliked: You have to pay to use the internet cafe, and the computers are very slow and were broken for the majority of my stay. I was a little cold at night, but I snagged an extra blanket and that took care of it.

Liked: Clean rooms beautiful city

Disliked: Staff were never around at bar too busy talking amongst themselves very rude . Staff at front desk were helpful though. Had to pay for towel and it was tiny

Liked: we love all the plus hostels in europe! they are very clean and the staff are always helpful. very reliable hostels! we stayed in prague berlin and florence and loved them all!

Disliked: the wifi cut out a bit but it wasnt really bad

Liked: The room was nice, there is a restaurant on the property, plus a pool (which was VERY cold - bummer) and a sauna (which was super hot - awesome).

Disliked: The rooms themselves seem quite safe, but the luggage room provided to store your things before or after checkout has a key that just sits out on the counter. Anyone could walk in and take the key and go get into your luggage. That is the only problem I had w/ the place, other than the very chilly pool temperature. I would stay there again and would recommend to others.

Disliked: The noise, most guests are fairly young so expect noise throughout the night.

Liked: Plus Girls room had a good set up, one door to a toilet and sink and another door to the shower and another sink. The travel kit was a nice touch, with shower gel, shampoo, q-tips and cotton pad. Breakfast was edible, with more selection than most hostels. Restaurant and bar were convenient. Lots of brochures for tours and activities at the front desk.

Disliked: WiFi is free, but you have to pay to use the computers, if you don't have your own. First room I was put in, the light in the bathroom was broken (totally dark in there) and they said they couldn't fix it until morning. I asked for another room, and only got it only because they were not full that night. Lockers required a lock with a skinny hook (which you could buy at the front desk, but expensive), my standard pad lock was too fat to fit the locker. I never found the pool or workout room. Location is a pretty good walk from the station, especially if you have heavy bags. People at the front desk/"travel desk" were not especially informative.
