Liked: This is an excellent hoestel...one of the best I have even stayed in! Great staff, excellent services and facilities. Was a little bit loud at night on wknds, but dont let that put you off...join the party!!! ;-)

Liked: Staff were fantastic, so many different activites here. Some people comment on the noise being a trouble but I had no trouble. Even got a nights stay free as was my birthday! Fantrastic shower!!!!

Disliked: Just that roommates let ppl into the room who arent even staying at the complex .

Liked: clean

Disliked: Too noisy, party hostel, big bus groups come through every night so very transient. Would not recommend to a single traveller. No common room, place to eat or kitchen to prepare meals in, not allowed to eat own food in their public areas so no place to meet people except in their bar or restaurant. One of the least truly backpacker hostels that I have stayed in. It's nice to have a pool etc. but backpackers look for basic things like a lounge, kitchen, etc.

Liked: Nice looking, great size dorm, great bar and food, great staff, free wifi. Great location. Would stay there again and would definetly recommend

Disliked: elevator was very dodgy. Wifi was very slow when you could actually get on and use it

Liked: Met a lot of great people and it had a pool. Was very central and easy to find. If you're used to eating a real breakfast, Europe doesn't really offer that but PLUS had a decent 5 euro breakfast that was good to start off the day with.

Disliked: The daily cleaning of the dorm was only mediocre...

Liked: -great location (walking distance to everywhere, although Florence is small) -large storage locker (bring your own lock) -free Wi-fi -nice rooftop terrace with bar, nice chairs etc -pool -restaurant was okay food

Disliked: -control air conditioning was bothersome (would go off in the night, front desk controlled) -Wi-fi would disconnect sometimes for no reason (not the strongest signal)

Liked: This hostel really pays attention to the details that matter: you have your own locker, lamp, and electrical outlet. Having a pool and gym and terrace bar are just frosting on the cake. Definitely worth staying at.

Disliked: Not that this is a requirement, but there is no kitchen, and the internet seemed rather steep to me, after your first 15 minutes (if you don't have your own wifi device).

Liked: The room and bedsheet are clean. This is nice that this hostel provides aircondition for their guest.

Disliked: The air-condition has controlled the temperture by the front desk. Even there are full house in the room, we cannot control the air-condition degree.

Liked: The girls received a complementary pack of toiletries and a towel. The swimming pool was very nice and it was free to use.

Liked: Fun and exciting environment to stay in. There are always people around and everyone was very friendly.

Liked: The tour of the chianti region was AMAZING! They isn't promote it as something that cool and it ended up being my favorite part of staying In Florence. DO it!! They had lockers which was good and the rooms were clean! The front desk helped with information about sightseeing! The breakfast was worth the 6 euros compared to other hostels breakfasts. Although the wifi didn't always work it was nice to have it in the room.

Disliked: ReALLy noisy at night. There were literally parties going on outside the door until 2 am which made it hard to get a good night sleep to tour around. A lot of the people there were there to party which is fine but if you are a light sleeper annoying drunk girls might wake you up at 3am. They advertised being wifi connected and we had a lot of probmles connecting.

Liked: Location. Pool and terrace bar

Disliked: There is no kitchen facilities so you are forced to eat and drink at their bars and restaurants. Also the air conditioning needs to be looked at, ours in our room didnt work so had a very sleepless night!!

Liked: The rooms had AC and large lockers, the pool was excellent after a long day, the sauna, terrace bar with drink specials reasonably priced, fun atmosphere! Would highly recommend the wine tours they give (great value for $$)

Disliked: The AC turned off about every 4 hours so sometimes you needed to get up at night to turn it back on because it got hot in the room (but atleat when it was ON it was awesome

Liked: great rooftop bar, friendly staff and gym facilities...also pretty good location!

Disliked: lockers were half broken...pool was cold needed to be heated earlier and the bar townstatirs was always dead no atmosphere.

Disliked: The system of having to put your money on your room key for the bar and the breakfast was annoying.
