Liked: Nice, clean and friendly staff. Good location as well, It;s a walking distance to central of florence.

Disliked: The breakfast was no nice. Do not suggest you to spend 6 euros.

Liked: i didnt like it. the facilities are all very good but it has no charachter. if you are 20 years old and looking for a feel of a college party this is the place for you. if not- go somewhere else.

Disliked: it feels like a bussiness all along the way. doesnt feel like home. it could be located anywhere on the globe and has no feeling of italy.

Liked: Everything, one of the best hostels we have stayed in, great roof top bar, laundry.

Disliked: Air con didn't work very well and timer kept turning it off and we had to go downstairs to reception to have them turn back on.

Liked: amazing hostel! a little bit far from the city centre but near to train station. staff is great, very clean and there is enough room for everyone. they have their own pool!!

Disliked: nothing!

Liked: Air conditioning, wifi in the rooms. The terrace bar was good.

Disliked: The elevator was really slow you had to keep pushing the button and hope it would come eventually.

Liked: Facilities were amazing, two bars, restaurant, pool, terrace garden and location was excellent too. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Social atmosphere was really good.

Disliked: The luggage room didn't seem particularly secure as the key was on the desk and the room out of sight of the desk itself. Someone left the door open and it went unnoticed. One of the members of staff was slightly rude and unhelpful as another member of staff was trying to assist one of our party.

Liked: All the stuff was very helpful and kind. They informed us very well about the hostel and the city as well. They offer additional services for free or very cheap at all. Rooms were extra clean and safe. It's near the train station and the city hall. They also organize things to gather all the visitors who are alone. It was a friendly environment and I felt I was in a dorm with many friends.

Disliked: Very hard to generate one. But, they accept check in at 3 pm which is not an easy time to check in. We got to Firenze about 11 am. Then when we got to hostel, they showed us the luggage room which we can put our staff. This is a good thing actually. But they do not take the responsibility if anything happens to our luggage. Putting a camera to that room and guaranteeing the safety wouldn't be so hard.

Liked: Really big and had a ton of people staying there. Super clean

Disliked: Not as close as it could be. Florence is small though so nothing is actually far away

Liked: Really clean hostel, staff very helpful, the location was ideal, close to the station and not too far from the major attractions. Fabulous roof top terrace and the breakfast was great value for money.

Disliked: Perhaps could benefit from a ramp next to the stairs on entrance

Disliked: the swimming pool was freezing, their was no steam or heat in steam room or sauna, it was not relaxing or luxurious in anyway!!

Liked: Clean, cheap with good facilities especially the swimming pool. They organize tours for guests though it's not cheap.

Disliked: It took a long time to wait for the elevator, the overload alarm was on when 3 people got in, kind of weird. You need to take the air-con and tv controls from the front desk, we didn't know it so we had to went down twice to take them both. The air-con seemed cannot be adjusted as the temperature was fixed and it wasn't cool enough. It is not really near the train station, we were so tired to get there by foot with our big luggages.

Liked: Great view of the city and the hostel is so clean and SUPER fun!!!! Perfect location from everything!! Loved this place!

Liked: Fantastic place for students. Much more than you are expecting from a Hostel.

Disliked: There was a room mix up - they changed my room at midnight the night of my second stay (which was unfortunate).

Liked: Cool rooftop bar, and another bar in the basement. Clean. Good location, only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, near some good restaurants, and not a far walk from some of the bigger tourist attractions.

Disliked: Very corporate feel, almost like you're staying at a TGI Fridays. The bars are a little expensive, and the rooftop bar closes at 11, but you can still go down to the one in the basement.

Liked: Great facilities especially the swimming pool with sauna. Comfortable rooms with ensuite which was great. Good location too, reasonably close to station and town. Roof terrace great but bar a bit expensive.

Disliked: All good really.

Liked: Reasonably priced, lots of facilities.

Disliked: It's desperately hip, which I guess is a positive if you're 18, but it grates a little if you're not. Also, it's set up with just one priority in mind: to take as much of your money off you as possible (bar, restaurant, disco etc.). Don't do it! Get out and see Florence instead! Other than that there's not much to report - except that there was no towel hook in the shower room, which seems absurd, and that to wash and dry a load of washing costs 7 euros, which is outrageous. I spotted a laundrette round the corner on Via Guelfa where you can do the same for 3 euros.

Liked: this was a fantastic hostel, we payed for a 'plus girls' dorm which was spacious and lovely. we went on the hostel bar crawl which was a great night and a really easy way to meet people. the roof terrace was beautiful and the pool was an added bonus. we loved florence because of this hostel.

Disliked: aircon in the room wasnt that great but no other complaints.
