Bed and Breakfast “Alla Dimora Altea” is the realization of a common dream shared by two best friends, Matteo and Alessio, who united - along with their vast experience in the hospitality sector.

So, whether you stay with us while on business or for pleasure, you will always feel cared for and pampered as if you were in the home of dear friends.

Alla Dimora Altea is taken care of in every detail: rooms are furnished in Florentine style and equipped with all the comforts (private bathroom, tv, air conditioned...) and don’t forget the wonderful attic terrace overlooking the rooftops where guests can have breakfast or relax in the sun!

Accommodation Information

The ambiance, intimate and cozy, immediately reveals the two friends’ objective: to provide their guests with a welcoming atmosphere while at the same time offering the comfort and services usually found in larger hotels.

All rooms have private bathroom, air-conditioning, TV, and mini-bar.

Location Information

Dimora Altea is located just 200 meters from Fortezza da Basso and 500 metres from the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) and is centrally located so that in ten minutes you may reach the city center or the principal thoroughfares.

We are in the city centre of Florence, just 400 meter from the train station of Santa Maria Novella, a good location who arrives either by train or their own car.
